Due process just means literally the amount of process which is owed.

So for illegals due process means 0 process because we don't owe them anything.

At the border, no process required. In the US, after being apprehended for probable cause, the process would be provide proof of citizenship or valid visa in a timely manner, or get deported.

And yet, for your precious right to secession to even exist at all, it must grow out of a right to self-ownership. Either you own yourself, or someone else owns you. If someone else owns you, then you have no right to secede. Simple, unassailable logic.

Self ownership and the right to secede are synonyms of the same concept.

Any novice student of the philosophical complexities of secession, considers this obvious.

And pointing out such an obvious thing, does nothing to advance your point.

Further, if you do own yourself, then you also must have a myriad of other rights relating to maintain and defending your “self.”

So, your philosophy of secession being the ONLY right is fatally flawed.

You can secede all you want. But without a solid, clearly defined and well-developed philosophy to base any resulting society on, it’s doomed to collapse in flames and violence.
