Uphold the Constitution of the United States - Don't Know

Can the country be subverted anymore?

MAGA's argument:

The country is overrun by treasonous tyrants who are flooding us with immigrants in order to destroy white culture!
Join us, in giving the tyrants the extra tyranny they need, because the orange tyrant seems the most sincere, and he promises if we just trust him and give him all the power, he'll make all the tyranny go away.

It's just laughable. The logistics of Trumps immigration/deportation simply do not work. Maybe he can deport an extra million non-criminals.

Then what?

The focal point should be government corruption and foreign policy. But instead, MAGA has become another left/right tribalist squabble that will accomplish nothing other than Americans being distracted with their own vanity for the next four years.

Every day MAGA talks more and more like Zio-tards dehumanizing people based on race and culture. And just like a Zio-tard, they are being used in a game Imperialists are playing. The day they need some more blood to make more Zio-tards angry, they will stage another attack and sacrifice you Zio-tards for some more leverage, so they can keep killing children on TV right in front of you until you either join them, or you're too scared to stand up against them. The Dahiya Doctrine is your future.
Absolute garbage.
Trump is not a tyrant, expelling the invaders is not tyranny, the deportations can and will work and we will remove tens of millions plus those who self deport, Trump is tackling corruption and foreign policy at the same time.
You are the only one bringing race into it, and culture is a perfectly valid basis to demean people on, especially political culture.

We are winning and you are delusional.

Trump is not a tyrant

Good morning, Swordy! I just wanted to pass this along:

Ron Paul yesterday: "Which way are we going... I would say, indicates, a very serious movement toward a dictatorship."

He's senile and being brainwashed by Rand, Daniel McAdams and other traitors.

Trump is most definitely a tyrant. He makes blood deals to improve his image. He ignores due process to pander to his base.

He also lies about deliberate killing of children, and instead helps his genocidal friend Netanyahu sit at a table pulling his chair out for him.

I mean, he's not the biggest meanest tyrant. Probably more of big coward than a big tyrant. Cowardice is really his most standout quality, I suppose.

Anyway, THIS is Abslute Garbage:

And he's still making nine hundred percent more intelligent statements in a day than you do in a decade.
.

You know, years ago, when Swordy started attacking guys like judge Nap and Amash, I wondered about it. As time went on and he went after even more big names in the movement, I’m pretty sure I even posted the thought that old Swordy appeared to be systematically attempting to disparage and discredit prominent voices in the movement.

For a while now he’s been periodically implying that Ron is senile by accusing those around him of “elder abuse.’

Now it comes full circle and he’s come right out and accused Ron of being senile, and “Rand, McAdams and others” of being “traitors.’ He’s demonstrated a very consistent pattern and practice of trying to tear down and discredit virtually anyone prominent trying to advance a message that actually comports with the principles of liberty.

I’m not bothered by the fact that the administration here doesn’t ban him. I wouldn’t want that.

What does disappoint and disgust me is the fact that the majority of the membership here isn’t actively ripping this shitstain a new one on a daily basis for this kind of shit. It leads one to the ineluctable conclusion that they tacitly approve.

The shithead reminds me of Karl Rove. Remember when he disparaged Ron's age during a debate, and got challenged to a bike race for his trouble? Can you imagine Shitsmythe trying to debate the doctor?

A tyrant is a dictator who is perceived as particularly harsh and cruel.

Is Trump in control of the legislature or the judicial branch? It doesnt seem like he is a dictator. He hasn't crossed the rubicon.

If you go to countries like that nobody criticizes the dictatorship. Everyone will tell you they love their government.

Just as soon as you took this sentence beyond the fifth word, bot, you became a liar.

I thought this crap was in the stage of getting us accustomed to it and hooked on it. Seems stupid to program it to lie pathologically and abuse our trust during that process.

A liar? No that's the definition I found. I looked it up specifically because I wanted to know exactly what people were saying.

So basically what they are saying is Trump is Hitler. Someone else even mentioned a gestapo.

Didn't Hitler take the guns atleast?

Habeus Corpus can be suspended during times of invasion.

Which this is.

INVASION

1: an occasion when an army or country uses force and/or armaments in a planned, coordinated and organized form to enter and take control of another country
,,, This is the US Constitutional sense of the word.

2: an occasion when a large number of people or things come, in a relatively organized fashion, to a place in a manner that is annoying and unwanted to most of the indigenous population
... This is the way the majority of New Hampshirites use the word when discussing the Free Keene movement. Pretty much the same for Woodstock 1969 (though shorter-lived than Free Keene).

3. an action or process that affects your own life in an unpleasant and unwanted way
... This is the manner in which you're using the word.

I may be wrong of the source of the following ( I suspect it was P J O'Rourke) and I don't recall the actual phrasing, but the gist of it was: "Before supporting government action on anything, think first how whatever you're giving the government will be used by political factions you don't support when they eventually come to power." SO, when redefining "invasion" (a threat from outside), recall that the Constitution also mentions "rebellion" (a threat from within) in that same clause - and the same latitude you're taking with "invasion" will also be applied, quite liberally, to "rebellion" by the next administration when they come to power.

invasion(n.)

mid-15c., invasioun, "an assault, attack, act of entering a country or territory as an enemy,"

Its a wholly executive authority to decide whether there is an invasion (enemies entering our country or territory) and defend the American people from enemies who the president has the authority to designate.

This is the power of the executive branch.

Its the reason why fair and free elections are important.

Not in the US. The only times they're ever been used, they've been granted to the Executive by the Legislative branch.

The existence of a war is not dependent on legislation according to the Supreme Court for the president to use war powers.

It is not even necessary that both parties of the war are acknowledged as independent nations.

Technically many of the existing laws on the books are already considered a legislative sanction as well.

That is what is happening here.

The people responsible for this invasion have made it very clear, numerous times and in countless venues, that that the goal is to radically alter or abolish the long standing peoples, customs, traditions, institutions and economics of not just the United States but of the entire Western World.

Because they are using bodies instead of bombs and bullets does not make it any less of an invasion.
