I am thinking this is a case where voters were at the primary to vote in specific races and then just looked for a name that was familiar to vote in races they were not familiar with. If I were a black democrat I would vote for Greene before I would vote for Rawl.

If anything, we should be worried about parties creating new and more restrictive laws to prevent outsiders from being nominated such as this.
