Trump doesn't actually do anything to he tells his supporters that he will do, so they've had to resort to getting excited about and appreciating the mere thought that he might.

Even if he just promotes the idea to the 60 million people who voted for him I would be happy. politicians can't really get anything done without the consensus of the people.

Open borders is such a self licking ice cream cone for the democrats too. After rents go up and prices go up and wages go down they can run on a platform of raising the minimum wage and get people suffering from their open borders to vote for them.

Invaders are not subject to our jurisdiction until we catch them.
They are in a state of outlawry.

Our? Are you a BAR member? Jurisdiction is something that belongs to the legal profession, not random residents.

War crimes are international law not national law. It's strange that you would bring it up, because you don't support international law.

Yeah, he does but only as long as it's his religious-based international world government layin' down the law.

Do people who aren't American citizens have to pay taxes that citizens have to pay?

Depends on what you mean by "aren't American citizens". There is no such legal status as an American citizen. There is a U.S. Citizen and then there are several different legal statuses that may or may not be subject to taxes. "Illegal immigrants" aren't subject to taxes, while green card holders/permanent residents are. It's all about what legal status you're under that dictates what jurisdictional duties you may be legally liable for. Constitution says you are never required to testify against yourself....but that's exactly what a U.S. Citizen does every time they file a tax return. So that must mean that a U.S. Citizen doesn't have the protections against self-incrimination that an "illegal immigrant" does have. Ask yourself how that's possible? Quite the rabbit hole you are embarking on when you head down into that line of thought, though...

Great book by a lawyer about all things legal fuckery:

I am an American citizen, America has jurisdiction in its territory.
OUR.

That lie is old, try thinking up a new one.

No, you're a U.S. Citizen, not an American citizen. Jurisdiction is a legal concept and belongs to the legal profession. You can not claim jurisdiction over anyone.

Naaa, it explains so much about your worldview and goals that I'll stick with it.

You are so obviously deranged these days that I don't have to care what you say.

I always ask, why did Puerto Ricans need a SCOTUS opinion to be made "American Nationals" and then a Statute to be made "U.S. Citizens," but children born to illegal aliens in the USA don't?

Because even they were not considered to be under our Jurisdiction completely.

Invaders certainly aren't.

I thought you had be on the bar to get a job with the CIA or FBI.
So this is where swordy has been hiding! He's trying to let his sockpuppets take the heat for him in Gunny's thread, just like he won't touch the thread on trump raising the debt ceiling.
