Any executive order can be undone by another executive. If you want it unchangeable, you need to get it codified into the law.

I'm not really mocking, but he's done this a dozen times on a dozen issues this year alone. Time for some show, not just talk. There's an election coming up, the talk this week had been recession, and this is a nice other thing to get the media frothing over.

They were not born, or naturalized into the Jurisdiction legally.

The constitution was talking about slaves, until the supreme court changed the constitution. The supreme court gave the mother the right to decide if a fetus is a person or not. They created the right to kill persons if they don't want them to live. The fetuses aren't people unless the mother decides not to kill them and are American citizens if they decide to have them in America even if their parents aren't American. This creates birth tourism and anchor babies and allows mothers to kill people who can't defend themselves.

WRONG

Illegals were not given it by the Constitution and everybody knew it until the executive branch reinterpreted it to give it to them.
Invaders don't get it and even the Wong Kim Arc decision said so.

Were slaves under the "jurisdiction of the United States Government?" Were children born of slaves considered freemen and citizens with full rights?

If you answered "yes" to the first and "no" to the second you will understand that the original meaning in the Constitution is not what believe it to be. For if you believe your interpretation to be correct than of slave child born in America would have been made a freeman and equal citizen. But, they weren't, so......
