‘Non- Binary’ Transgender Deacon ?

Now, if only you can show me the verse in the Bible where it says that God killed His Son in order to placate His divine wrath and satisfy His selfish pride, I would be even closer to knowing how saved I may already be.

Go back to the other thread then. Also, can you as a representative of your faith answer as to whether you believe God has wrath against sin? Why is that so difficult?

What heresy do I promote? What is your standard for what a heresy is?

Well it can't be the Scriptures, since Arius and all the archheretics used their interpretation of the same Bible to come up with their novel heretical doctrines, so I guess it is the Church, which the Apostles and Saints from the first century have taught and demonstrated. It's nice to know that Christ established a Church to be the pillar and foundation of truth so that men with their false interpretations can be pointed out and the apostolic and orthodox faith can be carried down.

And you say the theology of the Church going back to the first century is deficient! How rich! Rather, it's the twisting and ignoring of Scriputre and teachings handed down by the body of Christ which makes one's theology deficient!

But of course, to counter this claim, and justify yourself and the innovative heresies you spew, you have to make every known Christian Saint from the first century onward be liars and heretics! How dangerously convenient! But to add a cherry on top you say that there was a remnant which survived through the ages and epochs which held on to the views you espouse, but cannot name one! LOLOLOLOLOL

Where was this remnant Church you speak of when the Christians were being fed to the lions? Where were they when the faith first spread far and wide, from the English Channel to be Pacific Ocean? Where were they when great heresies arose and the Church was attacked? Name us these great and awe-inspiring heros, filled with the Holy Spirit, who fulfilled the commission of Christ and kept the apostolic deposit and faith, and lived and died in this world?

But a lamp is not put under a table and a shining city on a hill is not hidden between mountains.

Your version of God is a brutal, unjust, unloving, slave driver who finds joy in watching His Son dying on a cross. On top of that, He is too weak to keep the Body of Christ visible and present through the years and down the centuries.

Instead, to prove your version of God, every known person who was held to be a Saint by the Christians far and wide and spread throughout many nations and cultures were ALL wrong so that you and the heretics of the last 500 years you follow can be right.

Yeah. I pick the teachings and interpretations of the Saints of God who actually lived over what you are trying to pull.

TER,

Do you believe in this Jesus? The one who was accursed?

Galtians 3:13

Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law by becoming a curse for us—for it is written, “Cursed is everyone who is hanged on a tree”—

TER,

Sola, until you address the points I am making and stop ignoring them as you do history and whole verses and chapters of the Bible, I will not answer your questions.

TER,

Do you believe in this Jesus? The one whom God was pleased to crush and place the iniquities of the elect on Him?

Isaiah 53:10

Surely he has borne our griefs and carried our sorrows; yet we esteemed him stricken, smitten by God, and afflicted. But he was wounded for our transgressions; he was crushed for our iniquities; upon him was the chastisement that brought us peace, and with his stripes we are healed. ...

Was the Jesus you worship "wounded for OUR transgressions ", or not? Who was He wounded by?

Christ said that His beloved children will be the salt and the light of the world.

Who were the ones who were the salt and the light of the world in the first century? And the second? And the third? And the fourth? And every century after that?

Is salt tasteless? Does it not demonstrate its presence?

Doesn't salt have preserving qualities??

And is light darkness? Is being unseen the definition of light?

Or is light what it is because it is visible and demonstratable and known by those whose eyes are open and can see?

Who were these Biblical Christians you are talking about who believed the things you are preaching?

Isaiah 53:10 ESV

Yet it was the will of the Lord to crush him; he has put him to grief; when his soul makes an offering for guilt, he shall see his offspring; he shall prolong his days; the will of the Lord shall prosper in his hand.

Was it God's will to crush Jesus with our iniquities? Yes or no?

Woe to those who castigate the holy children of God so that they may be right!

Woe to those who attack the Body of Christ in their effort to justify themselves and their mental notions and passions!

Had they had true ignorance, then they would find more mercy, just as the loving and good unbaptized believer might find relief on the Day of Judgment, and even excuse for not having discerned the full glory of God.

But woe to those who attack His Body, to recrucify Him, and seek to destroy the children of God, especially in this modern time called the Information Age, where pleading ignorance will be a much more difficult sell.

Whosoever must denounce or call all the Saints of Christ to be liars to justify their positions, is either ignorant or of the devil. The former has the hope of mercy. The latter is already condemned.

The Church of God did not survive 2000 years because of mere armies or worldly assistance, for the greatest and most numerous Saints came in times of persecution and struggle and subjugation under worldly powers.

To put oneself above the God-bearing Saints is to fall, just as Arius and all the other enemies of the Church have. Government and nations and civilizations have come and gone, and the Body of Christ survives in this world, in one mind and one spirit and one body. Neither hidden or in darkness. All Glory goes to God Who has made this happen!

Wow... So now you are saying that men have an excuse for not worshipping God? Doesn't Romans 1 say that all men are without excuse?

TER, you're unraveling because the Bible teaches one thing, yet your church teaches another.

Actually, you are unraveling because you don't understand the things I am saying which are the teachings of the Saints which predate you.

I do not take credit for the things I write. I may have my style of writing, but the teachings ( for the most part, I hope) align with things written and said by people much greater than me.

If what I say is against the teachings of the Saints, then it is I who am in error. I welcome those to point out and correct me when I speak apart from the teachings handed down by the Saints.

So for the most part, I make sure I am writing what I have read from reading the writings of the Saints, both the writers of the Old Testament and those who wrote after the Day of Pentecost, when the Holy Spirit came down to fill the Church.

Apparently you don't understand the Bible which predates the people in your church who rejected what was in it.

Why haven't you answered the verses from Isaiah that clearly teach that God was pleased to place the iniquities of the elect on Jesus?

Sigh... I was going to ignore this, but it is such a twisting of Scripture that I couldn't resist to take your bait.

Please show me where Isaiah said that God was pleased to place the iniquities of the elect on Jesus?

Sola? Are you okay?

I'm a little concerned because you were going to post the verse proving your claims and now you are shown to be logged off. Perhaps you lost power where you are at? Oh my. Now I will fear the worst..

Please, if you can somehow see this, this is only an Internet forum. Take care of whatever is going on where you are at and when you have the time and the ability, please answer the simple question I asked above which should be very easy given your vast knowledge of the Holy Scripture.

I hope to hear from you soon, and hopefully before tonight, otherwise, I don't know how I am going to sleep.
