‘Non- Binary’ Transgender Deacon ?

I condemn the Methodist church because they don't preach the gospel.

Jesus didn't condemn Methodists, you did.

Once again; You condemned the Methodist church.

No. The Bible does. Any theology which is not Biblical condemns itself.

Look Bud, now you're trying to change your own words with high hopes of changing the subject.

Own up and apologize to all the Methodists reading.

You know the people who believe in God, who read the Bible, the one's who maybe practice some humility, they deserve an apology.

So you think yourself so great that you believe you are equal to Jesus and can imitate Him by condemning or judging others' salvation with divine knowledge of their fate, rather than seeing oneself as a subordinate servant to the Lord. I think that such a brash and vengeful attitude does not help anyone, that it is better to serve the Lord than to imitate, and that by imitating we would be declaring ourselves as equal to the Lord. Even in your personal beliefs, by His divine will, the Lord will force us to be saved or not, so I do not see a use in pretending to be the final arbiter by condemning others. In fact, such condemning could be considered bad or the opposite of loving, because it could convince someone that faith in the Lord (or at least Calvinism) is a bad thing due to seeing the confrontational attitude as a sign of the speaker being wrong.

I never said anything about anyone's fate. God saves people from false religions like Methodism all the time.

Secondly, Christians are to be as Jesus was, loving to their neighbors. Jesus showed love by condemning the religious leaders of the day for their false religion. Christians show love by doing the same.

No. I won't apologize to anyone for showing the love of Jesus.

The attitude that you display towards others of faith appears to be one in which your purpose is to derive a sort of sadistic pleasure out of berating them and their faith, condemning them, and arguing with them, rather than an attitude of mercy, love, and forgiveness.

No. It's that you don't love Jesus, and you don't love your neighbor. If you loved Jesus, then you'd love the truth, and you'd love others like Jesus did by warning them that false religions will condemn them.

I don't understand why you assume things that are incorrect. I think it might be related to how you have a very unique way of viewing faith, but it displays little understanding of how others think or what they believe.

Loving Jesus according to Hinduism is not loving Jesus. Loving Jesus is worshipping Him alone as the only God of the Universe and forsaking all idols. Its loving the Bible as Gods only Word.

Well, that is an interesting opinion.

TER,

Does God have wrath against sin?

I'll wait for your answer.

You'll get my answer right after you answer me where it says in the Bible that God killed His Son in order to placate His divine wrath and to satisfy His selfish pride.

I already provided dozens of them in the other thread.

TER, your theology is so deficient, so unbiblical, that you deny that God has wrath against the sin of man. Have you read Romans 1 lately? It's just inexcusable..

You are right Sola. Thank you for helping me see the light. You are an inspiration to me and I would be a lost soul if not for your loving guidance and amazing witness of the love of God. We are blessed to have you, one of the elect, here to teach us how we too can come to realize that we are one of the elect as well.

Now, if only you can show me the verse in the Bible where it says that God killed His Son in order to placate His divine wrath and satisfy His selfish pride, I would be even closer to knowing how saved I may already be.
