If you have a personal issue with a waitstaff then you should request another or go to a different restaurant. Allowing someone to serve your meals and top your drinks then breaking out the "I'm not leaving a tip because <insert personal baggage >" is nothing more then being a cheapskate and an asshole.

I'd be just as pissed if a couple had stiffed a Christian waitress after noticing a cross on a neckless. Somehow I think many "Christians" here would be totally outraged over an incident such as that and declare it a further example of the "war" on Christianity.

She is an adult. We all get bad actors in our daily dealings. How many customers do you think she gets a day? It's gonna happen.

Yes.
I had attempted to share knowledge and understanding.

There is a lot or reference to the "Gay Agenda". I posted about where and why that started.
It was a response to overt oppression,, and it was one of the events in the Civil Rights Era,, that directly led to the formation of "Gay Rights" groups.

And yes,, as a Christian I would love to see a world untainted by sin. I would love to see Roses without thorns. For disease,, and hate vanish from the earth. For People to live in love and peace.

But that is not this reality. And no "Force of Law" will ever make it so.

A lesbian waitress and ex-Marine who caught national attention after a customer left her an anti-gay note instead of a tip has decided to give all the donations she’s received since the incident to the Wounded Warrior Project.

Ms. Morales told NJ.com the support from people dropping by to give her a tip has already topped $2,000 and her employer has agreed to match every dollar to donate to the Wounded Warrior project, which helps injured veterans.

Please explain:

+She never mentioned being a lesbian to the family.
+The family did not mention her being a lesbian as the reason for not tipping. They said "lifestyle" and earlier made a crappy joke about thinking she looked like a dude. That is not saying she is a lesbian and they hate lesbians and therefore aren't tipping.
+This apparently constitutes hatred of all lesbians, and the withholding of her tip constitutes some sort of hate speech.
+It doesn't seem that the manager was given a chance to make this right for her.
+Instead of resolving it as a workplace issue like big boys and girls, the new trend is to rush out to the public and boohoo to garner sympathy and dollars.
