What proof has Ted ever released showing that he does have US citizenship and that his mother was eligible to confer it? None. He's relied on his Canadian birth certificate and recently released his mother's birth certificate, but this doesn't prove that Ted even has US citizenship or if his mother was a US citizen at the time of his birth or met residency requirements allowing her to confer US citizenship. Ted should have proof, documents issued by the US State Dept. showing that a USCIS officer approved Ted's request for US citizenship. This would come in the form of a Certificate of Birth Abroad or Certificate of US Citizenship. For whatever reason, Ted is releasing all ponds of irrelevant documents and avoiding releasing these US State Dept. issued documents. Maybe he doesn't have them , and doesn't have US citizenship at all, or maybe these docs would prove Ted is a naturalized citizen. Why is the media not asking for the only documents that matter?
