Also, the states listed in the OP are "no excuse, IN PERSON" early voting states. Most of those states (not all) also allow you request absentee ballots through the mail without any excuses.
There are three states that do not allow in person early voting but do allow you to request absentee ballots without excuses: California, New Jersey and Rhode Island.
There are a couple ways we can take advantage of early voting. During early voting periods, we can either offer to drive students to the early voting sites OR we can have them fill out requests for absentee ballots, which will be mailed to them. Regardless of which method is better, we need to have a strong presence at the college campuses during the early voting period, especially the ones that are open to anyone registered to vote.
