Blitzer to show exit poll numbers in 5 minutes- CNN

the answer to that is really simple

look up the "Voters News Service"

the final tabulation computer is all you need to manipulate the votes...

there is literally TONS of evidence showing these machines can be hacked, that people write down the wrong totals, how many % points would need to be stolen for you to believe?

5% 10%? 15%

ok, atleast 3 townships in NH "accidentally" put "0" votes on the summary sheets when there was actually votes. You don't find it strange that they all happened to be Ron Paul's results that were errored?

I don't understand what you're saying... the media is biased against Ron Paul?? Of course, haha. Who would argue with that?

But there's a difference between CNN leaving an extra chunk of the graph gray, and actually GETTING THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE TO LIE AND COMMIT FELONIES AND CHANGE THE NUMBERS.

That's the difference between analyzing what the media is actually doing, and inventing conspiracy theories without any substantive evidence.

Honestly, this is where conspiracy theorists are separated from the rest of the human race. They take slight motivations and then jump to MASSIVE conclusions. For example, Fox News isn't fair to Paul. So, they created an operation to destroy his votes, then fake the exit polls, then convince the other networks and nonpartisan poll watchers and poll analysts to go along. Then they got all of these thousands of people to go along without any of them leaking information.

Oh, but they're not good enough about preventing leaks to prevent the REAL exit poll (which for some reason they calculated, despite the fact that they were going to fake it in the end anyway) from leaking during the afternoon?

Yeah... that sounds about right.

The best part is - if they were just going to fake the final exit poll results in the end (since the final exit poll results in every state was within 1-2% of the actual vote total, as all exit polls actually are), why would they even be keeping track of the actual exit poll results? Why have something to leak? Wouldn't the "leak" be a leak of the numbers they were preparing to release? The ones showing the "official results"?

That's the best part of these conspiracy theories... when the motives don't even make sense.

And I don't know how people can keep all the official stories in THEIR heads. It was the FINAL exit polls in NH in '04 that contradicted the actual results, as with this year, that's what I was referring to. Motives don't have to be yet known, in order for one to make a conclusion based on the facts. You apparently didn't even stop to think whether I was talking about polls in ALL races, versus those in a particular one. Or whether any manipulation of exit polls were even connected to any rigging of the machines (by the same crew) in the first place.

That's the best part of the anti-conspiracy folks... when they make deductions that don't even make sense.

The exit polls were off in New Hampshire, you say? The primary or the general election?

Here are the primary exit poll results:
Kerry 39%, Dean 26%, Clark 12%

Here are the primary official results:
Kerry 39%, Dean 26%, Clark 13%

Here are the general election exit poll results:
Kerry 50%, Bush 49%

Here are the official general election results:
Kerry 50%, Bush 49%

So... which results had the incorrect exit polls again?

You're right, anti-conspiracy theorists really are crazy. The idea that the government isn't hiding UFOS. That 9/11 was done by muslim terrorists on passenger jets. The idea that JFK wasn't killed by Castro. That CNN's CEO doesn't have the power to single-handedly manipulate vote totals.... You're right, we really are NUTS!

Your 9/11 conspiracy theory IS pretty fuckin' crazy.

I don't believe I heard anyone here make the claims that you are making.

Arguing that John Kerry really got 60% of the vote in Pennsylvania and that the exit polls and final vote tallies were fixed is actually LESS plausible than any of the other popular conspiracy theories. You know: Area 51, 9/11 Troofers, Princess Di was killed by her mother, we didn't land on the moon. And they all come from the same part of the brain being defective...

9/11 Liars are ridiculous, you forgot to add that to your post.

I heard one died and went to heaven and asked God. God was confused and said "no, just some pissed off muslims in some airplanes." but of course the first thought from the guys head was, "wow... this goes higher than I thought..." ;)

Sorry I just skipped to the end and must have missed a huge turn in the conversation.

Hahahaha, GREAT joke. I'm going to repeat that one to my friends. It's a perfect look into the mind-frame of conspiracy theorist.

JWaksman
Why do you keep bringing up all of these other ideas when we were talking about the PROOF of election fraud? Nobody is even talking about this crazy shit. You sound like you believe EVERYTHING THE NEWS MEDIA TELLS YOU TO.

Why is this thread talking about 9/11 when the thread title is about exit polls on cnn?
