Guys, keep in mind: Even if they do give numbers regarding how many Republicans or Democrats are showing up... they're not even accurate. Certain demographics are more likely to vote early or late in the day. That's why when some exit polls leaked early on election day '04 they were so out of whack with the final exit polls.
Early voters are more likely to be female, old and unemployed. They don't represent all people who will vote today.
Guys, relax. If they release numbers they will only be ISSUES numbers. And they won't be accurate anyway. You don't get proper demographic ratios midway through the day. You aren't including voters who show up late in the day.
A simpler explanation is, there was vote rigging in '04 too. Exit polls factored in the demographics, and until the domination of the Diebold et al regime, were known to be the most accurate polls there were. Enter the machines, and suddenly exit polls became less reliable.
Oh God, another conspiracy theorist.
I'm sorry, but anybody who knew anything about politics knew that polls showing Kerry with over 60% of the vote in Pennsylvania were absurd.
There's a practical reason they don't release exit polls early (besides the moral and legal issues regarding how they influence voters who haven't cast their ballots yet). It's because different demographics vote at different points in the day. It's the same reason that Gallup pollsters don't make their phone calls only at one time in the day. You want a proper sample.
Anyone else tired of Dr. Paul's name being prefaced with "longshot," "maverick" or "hopeful?" How about Republican candidate Ron Paul?![]()
I don't know how some of these folks keep up with all the conspiracies in their head. Amazing (to quote Blitzer) on how none of the people involved in the conspiracies ever talks or no one is ever approached and refuses and then goes to the press.
JWaksman,
Why would you say this? You sound pretty intelligent and possibly well informed except that people just went to prison because of the vote fraud in 04.
some of us follow every article in the news every day
just so we can try to inform you and get laughed at, because we do the research and you didn't
believe it or not, you are being conspired against - BIG TIME
now go back to sleep
"oh god its a sheep"
the bought and paid for press isn't going to tell you anything
you have to find it yourself
dont reject everyone who is telling the truth just because you're ill-informed (AND YOU ARE)
evidence of vote fraud has been presented in many many areas, going back 40 years
but I digress, someone who thinks that everything is fine and surely someone would have told you if something was wrong.
Odd thing is, someone did, but you justify believeing what you want to believe because its easy. THATS NUTS
PS - its not a theory if there are FACTS. AND FACT IS CONSPIRACIES EXIST AND HAPPEN EVERY DAY IN PROBABLY EVERY CITY ON EARTH
I don't know how some of these folks keep up with all the conspiracies in their head. Amazing (to quote Blitzer) on how none of the people involved in the conspiracies ever talks or no one is ever approached and refuses and then goes to the press.

Let me tell you.... Since May 3rd, 2007, the news media has been attacking the Ron Paul movement. May 3rd was when the first debate was held. Ron Paul did very well in this debate, and won the post debate poll with 80-90% of the votes. There was also an enormous amount of positive posts for Ron Paul directly after this first debate.
Ron Paul's name ended up being REMOVED from the poll and all of the positive comments deleted. THIS IS WHEN THE NEWS MEDIA BEGAN TO CREATE THIS PASSION YOU FIND IN MANY SUPPORTERS OF Dr Paul.
If one does the research, they would find the proof of ALL of the attacks, smears, etc towards the Ron Paul movement. They literally tried to have him excluded from the second debate(thanks Michael Steele) because they were not happy with his answers.
The liars in the media created the upset you find in Dr. Paul's supporters. These are your so called "conspiracy theorists".
