No, he is said to have grabbed the officer arresting somebody else. That's obstruction and a felony.

The judge ruled the standard of proof was met and he's held. Having no information at all besides his name makes him a flight risk and his stated intent to commit another felony upon release makes him a danger.

There is a rather strong felony case against him right now and he has previously announced a time and date he intends to commit another felony. That in itself meets the standard of proof to hold him.

You and Kokesh apparently think you can just do whatever you want and I want to do it through the system.

I think he's either conintelpro or needs mental health treatment.

So yes, I think it's best he stay where he is for now.

Kokesh is nothing but trouble. He's either a cointelpro agent provocateur or in need of mental health treatment. Either way no good will come of his actions.

Maybe we'll get lucky and they will keep him in jail until after 2016 so he doesn't cause any trouble or get associated with Rand.

Outside of a few internet forums, .000000000000000000000000000001% of the population gives a shit about Adam Kokesh's opinion of Rand Paul.

Who cares? He'll be dead or in jail soon enough and it's not like the guy's opinion was relevant anyway.

Tickets are essentially civil complaints. If you 'fail to appear', a bench warrant is issued.

I'm no Kokesh, I submitted to their interrogations when I was arrested. But when I eventually learned enough to make oppressor's job difficult, unpleasant, and time-consuming, they let me go and moved on to the next push-over.

Docket 8 indicates he was still officially represented by the public defender at the time of his release.

Docket 8 also shows the judge dismissing the charges, i.e., changing his position for no legitimate reason. If there was probable cause yesterday, what happened to it?
