I'm so glad he's out! I thought he looked high too, but not necessarily because he smoked before this picture was taken. I know the air inside some prisons is dry as hell and combined with the fact he probably wasn't sleeping much, makes sense.

Glad he's out but a little fearful that it's only so something worse can happen to him sooner or later. I'd definitely like to think that all the phone calls politely demanding his release had something to do with it. Maybe that does little more than annoying the crap out of them, but "they" like to keep their injustices quiet so a lot of attention seems to help.

... and...and... and those people in jail were all hight and Adam ...you know...ahem... was breathing their breaths... and that is how he got... you know... marijuana in his system.... it totally wasnt his fault.... it wasnt even...you know... secondary smoking...it was terciary(???what is the word???).


I am glad he is out.

I am a little concerned this will be a 'prior' if he is arrested in DC and since it seems he did nothing here, that's wrong, on top of being in jail for a week for doing nothing.

Being in a cage for an hour is a pain,, days in a cage is worse.

Hell,, when I was first out of prison I likely looked dazed and scared. I was looking for the threats.
I still watch every cop till they are out of sight. and it is years later.

I'd wager the Judge doesn't come across many or any like Kokesh. Kokesh prob laid some intellectual smackdown on that Judge where he finally just said F it.

i mean, the evidence spoke for itself, but a bum lawyer would have been a jail sentence.
