Judaism is obsolete. God's chosen people are the ones accept Christ.

We don't need the temple, we don't need the priests, we don't need the sacrifices. We have Jesus. He is our Holy of Holies, he is our High Priest, he is the Lamb of God who takes the sins of the world. The center of the Christian faith is not a place, it is a person. We don't go to Jerusalem, we don't go to Mecca, we don't go anywhere, we go to Jesus.

We can go to Jerusalem and see the places the Bible records, but that doesn't get us any closer to God. You can't get any closer to God than Jesus. It's sad to see people, especially Christians, stuff pieces of papers with their prayers into the "Wailing Wall" and do so because they think it brings their prayers closer to God. We as Christians pray by the power of the Holy Spirit, through Jesus Christ to our Father.

The whole point of place (the temple) was to prepare people for the coming of the person. Once the person has come, the place is longe necessary. We as Christians do not need the temple, we do not worship the same God as Jews do. The center of their faith is a place, the center of our faith is a person. They worship a shadow, we worship a risen Christ.

The coming of Christ rendered Judaism obsolete. It was a judgement on Judaism, it was a judgment on their way if religion and life and it is how God forced a change.

We live in the times of the Gentiles. We have Christ, we are God's people. God gave us the gift of salvation through Christ. All those who accept Christ are God's chosen people. Jesus is our temple.

Christians have been killed for their faith. That is both an honor and privilege and will have a special reward.
Other "Christians" are killed for their actions. That is a whole nother thing.

I have no idea in this case,, but I suspect he has invited it. I also suspect it is being used for propaganda purposes.

Wrong. There is at least one who not only says it is OK but actively supports it for anyone who converts to Christianity.
