I'm making an ought claim. As in, this is what should be. Any laws (including the Constitution) that respects an aliens "rights" are a dead letter.

I sincerely want to know any arguments that suggest the Founders would be outraged over an alien being deported for rabble rousing on behalf of any foreign country.

He's deporting all of them as fast as he can, your beloved left is doing everything it can to try to keep all the enemies and criminals here, but he's maxed out the deportation capacity and is increasing it as fast as he can rebuild it.
Not only do we not know any details about why it was convenient to deport her (though there are some obvious factors like not being in hiding) but it is also important to shut down the riots and crimes by making an example of people in the movement perpetrating them.
