Trump indictment #4: 2020 election RICO conspiracy [Fulton county GA]

This is why there is so much stagnation amongst libertarian-minded individuals. The insane purity testing is almost impossible to beat. Look how long it took for someone like Ron Paul to show up. I know some people here have been arguing against Rand over the years too because he isn't a carbon copy of his dad and has made some missteps. Any improvement and increased awareness is better than nothing. Incrementalism is how you change the sentiment of the people, it rarely radically changes overnight.

Incrementalism is how totalitarianism changes sentiment. When totalitarians are overthrown, it's generally pretty quick and an instant transformation.

And Donald John Trump is no Rand Paul. We have never gotten anywhere good by refusing to separate the conservatives from the RINOs.

It sounds like what you're getting at is, "This restaurant has some dishes with mushrooms and I HATE mushrooms. I will never eat there."

I'm not even slightly getting your analogy. Trump is supposed to be the restaurant, and I'm supposed to ignore what's wrong with him? The Republican Party is the restaurant? The fact that he destroyed the currency I'm expected to use, to enrich Pfizer for killing friends of mine, is a mushroom? What?

I have never heard a Trump fan say the system would work if only we had Trump, and I live in a county that went 80% for Trump in 2020. Most of them want to torch the whole damn thing, doubly so now that the two-tiered system of justice is plainly on display.

The homeless in Seattle are torching the whole damned thing. The blacks spent 2020 trying to torch the whole damned thing. The immigrants who were marched all the way up Central America to find none of the opportunities promised them, just a chance to be a political football, are trying to find some torches.

They're trying to manipulate everyone else to torch the whole damned thing. What makes you think they aren't trying to get you to think the same damned thing?

Meanwhile, they themselves aren't hesitant to use torches. Look, there goes another chicken plant. Look, there goes another forest...

A couple more things Trump never, ever talks about. He has no solutions, he won't talk about the ones that are out there, he's collecting victim cards, attention whoring and stirring the pot. They've fitted him with a solid gold crown of thorns, and way too many people are thinking he can and might save something or someone. It isn't just that he's completely inadequate to the task which must be done. He's sucking all the oxygen out of the room so no one else can step up.

This is the nature of our form of government. Complaining that populist candidates are popular is compaining that representative democracy is wrong.

And it is wrong. But it's what we have.

He's incredibly flawed, but he's also the first chance most of us have had to not just give the establishment the finger, but to piss in their Cheerios.

Who says that bowl is The Establishment's Cheerios?

The MSM pointed to that bowl, and said, this is Their Cheerios. But you've never seen them eat the Cheerios. You've never seen them eat Cheerios at all. They seem to prefer caviar.

They f'd him over and stole the election, and they will try to steal another, and wage lawfare against him for a reason.

No, they stole an election and fucked US over. Us.

Dude. They can set off a nuke in a skyscraper and not level the entire city, but Trump can't fool you? Come on.

Then stop believing that. (easier said than done, especially when being bombarded with that narrative from liberal, conservative, and libertarian circles)

I am bombarded with the message that Trump is a lightning rod dissipating righteous anger? From the media? I generally feel like the only person in the world who has noticed (even here, some days). The message I get from the mainstream media never says that. Ever. Half of them say, Trump may not be in jail and he may know where his next meal is coming from, but he's a victim just like you! The little manufactured troubles are nothing like your troubles, but when he fights for himself he fights for you! The other half say, Trump is the biggest existential (insert more buzzwords) threat to all of humanity! None of them are saying what I said, that Trump is making no real difference at all. None of them.

They all want you to think it all hinges on Trump. Leftist heads are exploding over Trump for the same reason leftist heads always explode--the media told them to. Right wing heads are bobbing over Trump for the same reason they always get to bobbing in unison --the media said they hate him.

I can't stop believing what I said unless and until Trump does something other with all the attention he's getting other than begging money for Rudy 9iu11uani's liquor fund and calling the botchup "election reform". Or inviting patriots into a trap so they can be arrested.

Elections f over. It's what they do. Like Geico.

Trump never fooled me.

But we don't get to write the menu.

You know it. And we have to eat what's on the menu or leave.

We don't get to write the menu until we stand up, clean up the filthy kitchen and rewrite the God damned menu.

Then, we do get to write the menu.

Ain't happening. Even if we did, the same thing or similar problems would manifest, because Americans
still believe in falsehoods.

Yo, AF, Tokyo Drift. Tell me more about my black pill.

Doubting Trump isn't passing out black pills. Continuing to act like he might accomplish something eventually is how you break the spirit of American Conservatism. You just watch. They're showing you how to black pill America. They're even getting you to help.

American Conservatism IS Liberalism. As is Libertarianism and Marxism and Socialism and every American political organization since 1776.

Consider, as we are in the Fourth Turning (I admit, a novel but perceptive and intriguing historical conceptualization). why did Strauss and Howe place so much emphasis on the "Glorious" Revolution of 1688? Why was it a Turning before the US became independent? Not only because it matched the generational definition, chronologically, but because in that revolution, the seeds of America were borne. And, I believe Americanism, as a form of Liberalism, is a grievous error. As did the Tories of England and all Catholic Europe. We are children of this error. As long as we embrace it, it will poison us, and the poisoners will direct its applications. I wrote about this the other day elsewhere, if anyone wants to read.

I think this is where the disconnect is.

I never said and I never thought and I do not think now that "it all hinges on Trump".

Trump is a buffoon...he's Bluto Blutarsky, he's the M-80 thrown in a toilet bowl, he's the stink bomb smashed on the dance floor at the homecoming dance.

Our oppressors are Greg Marmalard and Dougie Neidermeyer and Dean: Vernon Wormer, only they are not nearly as funny or buffoonish and are, in fact, quite deadly and dangerous.

And all I am saying, all I have been saying, is that the system needs a firecracker stuffed up it's ass, it needs it's trees toilet papered.

It needs these things done to it, because it is the last chance to expose and de-fang the system, by walking it right into a rage filled trap (to use another movie analogy, think of the final courtroom scenes in either A Few Good Men or The Caine Mutiny) by using these symbolic attacks.

War or slavery and genocide are the only options left if this fails.

And Trump is the perfect vessel for this.

But it could just as easily be anybody else with similar qualifications willing to bark back at the system and fart at it's dinner table.

An honest, humble and polite gentleman and statesman like Ron Paul, is not what will do the trick.

And then you go on to say you love watching him talk back to the media like a third grade bully.

So it's good theater. Where's it getting us? Where's there enough oxygen left in the room for a run by Rand, Massie, or even Greene?

THAT's where the disconnect is.

Until the system is utterly broken and brought to heel, logic, statesmanship, and rational facts like those brought forward by Rand or Massie will not be listened to.

This is a system that is teaching a whole generation that 2 + 2 = 4 is racist for Christ's sweet sake.

You think polite, factual rebuttal is going to change that?

I know it has changed some minds. I've used it to do that.

Tell me more about how I'm the one spreading black pills...

True, but you're safer saying that under a Trump DOJ than a Biden DOJ. I'm in self defense mode at this point.

Another candidate could make us free, but we don't have to sell anyone on this one, the MSM already did. And he offers us a little security from that other party, if we're lucky.

If the system is designed to get us to trade liberty for security, it's working.

No, we have a constitutional republic. A parallel corporate legal system has been erected in parallel to it by the BAR attorneys and bankers and people coaxed to voluntarily, albeit ignorantly, give up their constitutional rights in exchange for economic "privileges" and liabilities of that corporate system. The American and state constitutions establishing a constitutional republic haven't gone anywhere. They just don't apply to most of what we call "reality" today because most of what we call reality is, in fact, voluntary contracts under the freedom to contract and associate.

(for those who didn't know, snowball has always been a left shill account)

Dude. Just, dude. Imma gonna call you Old Faithless, because you spew misinformation every ninety minutes like clockwork.

A trial can't take place during his term. He must leave or be removed from office before he can be tried. An ex president can be tried for any crime committed at any time, including during his term.

Indictments of a sitting or former president remain an uncertain area of Constitutional law. The Constitution does not directly address indictments for either, and the Supreme Court has never had an opportunity to rule directly on the issue. Overall, most legal experts support the possibility of indicting a former president at least for certain crimes, but there is less consensus on the indictment of a sitting president.

If Trump robbed a bank after his term was over, I'm pretty sure the Supreme Court would agree that prosecuting is ok.

Prosecuting a former President for what they did in office.. that is not as certain and yet to be ruled upon.

True. But that quote doesn't back that up, or anything else you said either. Contains the right keyword, but doesn't address the question. It doesn't differentiate between crimes committed in or out of office at all.

In or out of office makes a difference in whether he could, or should, be indicted right now. In or out when the crime was committed seems to make no difference at all.
