Trump indictment #4: 2020 election RICO conspiracy [Fulton county GA]

Pretty much the same argument I've made on the forums over the years. We're pretty bad about going so far down rabbit holes we come out the other side. Tail-chasing. The elites probably laugh at us, if they pay any attention at all, because we tend to psych ourselves out. The funny thing is, as long as it's a theory we personally come up with, it makes perfectly valid sense. All other theories are null and void.

It is somewhat re-affirming that someone who hasn't been active on the forums returns with the same conclusion that myself, and some others here reached, even though we probably spend too much time here. Kinda shows what this whole thing looks like to the casual observer (perhaps not the best phrasing), and not just those who are in echo chambers. (which, if I am to be 100% honest, this place has become in some ways)

I often wonder if the Boston Tea Party happened today, we'd be the guys running around in the background exclaiming that it was all just a COINTELPRO ploy by King George III to ensnare patriots.

At some point, you have to take things at face value or you'll end up paralyzed by uncertainty.

It's always the same rabbit hole. Trump good, Trump bad, Trump useful, Trump evil, Trump godlike savior of mankind, Trump is part of a big uniparty charade, etc. Lather, rinse, repeat.

Yeah, it does get tiring.

My whole perspective is that Trump spent decades buying politicians like any good establishment businessman does. Then, his ego grew even larger and he cut out the middleman. In the process, he pissed off the Clintons and upset the entire applecart. He never had any intention of "draining the swamp", he wanted it to work for him. DC power grew under him just like every President. When they stole the power away from him, he cried like the bitch he is. It's all good for the media because it drives clicks and they don't have to think too much.

They stole 2020 and they'll steal the next one, too. Does his running expose the deep state?? Only to those who already see it. But Trump is not, and was never, looking to give power back to the people - he just wants to control it again. Really, though, I'm just not very intrigued by the plot lines. Ron Paul isn't running. Trump isn't saving anyone. Vivek is a salesman trying to capitalize on our sentiment. RFK Jr. is maybe the only interesting shake-up, but I have issues with many of his policies.

So, they can pick whoever they want. I'm keeping my head low, my wealth hidden, and my powder dry.

Best course of action, I concur fully.

Why am I so certain that this witch-hunt won’t stop if we simply “move on” from Trump? Because I’m living proof. We are still in litigation for the 2022 Attorney General election; the closest race in state history after a disastrous Election Day where half the machines went down, where evidence was withheld by the government, where the recount cut our deficit in half, and now we are separated by just 280 votes out of 2.5 million, with 9000 uncounted ballots remaining.

And what is the response from the media and Democrats to the closest race in Arizona history with all of these anomalies? To try and sanction us, silence us, and call me and my attorneys “threats to democracy.”

The liberal Democrats and their allies in the corporate media are rabid in their quest for total power. They don’t care about the rule of law, voting rights, or about fixing a broken system — to them, the ends justify the means at whatever cost. Contradiction and hypocrisy does not matter to them.

It would be convenient for many to simply “move on” from Trump in hopes that our captors would return us to normalcy and provide us mercy. I assure you they will not — and that is exactly why we can never waiver in our pursuit of truth and justice.

It is un-American for the ruling party to use police power to arrest its political rivals. Since the four prosecutions against Trump are using novel & untested legal theories, it’s fair game for him to do the same in defense: immediately file a motion to dismiss for a constitutional due process violation for publicly issuing an indictment before the grand jury had actually signed one. He should make a strong argument on these grounds & it would send a powerful message to the ever-expansive prosecutorial police state. As someone who’s running for President against Trump, I’d volunteer to write the amicus brief to the court myself: prosecutors should not be deciding U.S. presidential elections, and if they’re so overzealous that they commit constitutional violations, then the cases should be thrown out & they should be held accountable.

If Trump robbed a bank after his term was over, I'm pretty sure the Supreme Court would agree that prosecuting is ok.

Prosecuting a former President for what they did in office.. that is not as certain and yet to be ruled upon.

There were civil cases against Nixon after he left office for things he did while in office. Yes, criminal prosecution is uncharted, but scotus has already determined that presidents have qualified immunity, not absolute.

Now, whether you think this is all a big act or not, is rather irrelevant to the outcome if it changes people's perceptions of the DOJ and the MSM for the better.

This is why I don't buy the (unfalsifiable) "Trump is controlled opposition" narrative. If such is the case, then it is incredibly stupid and counter-productive for the "controllers" (or their "useful idiots") to allow themselves to appear so obviously as such unscrupulous hypocrites and/or unhinged hysterics as they do in their (supposedly pretended) "opposition" to Trump. It also grants the alleged "controllers" way more credit than they actually deserve - and way more [omni]potence than they actually possess (though they would love for people to think otherwise). And it's not that Turmp's "opponents" (real or pretended) aren't bringing their best - it's that they likely are.

Trump himself, though, is pretty much useless, except as a catalyst.

He's just an ego-driven "bull in a china shop" narcissist who has neither answers nor principles.

But ...

Until the system is utterly broken and brought to heel, logic, statesmanship, and rational facts like those brought forward by Rand or Massie will not be listened to.

... no adequate answers have any chance of actually being adopted (or even seriously considered) - nor do any acceptable principles have a chance of actually being applied - unless and until after a lot of "china" gets broken (and, yes, "'sploding libtard heads" will indeed be a part of that breakage - not to mention an immensely enjoyable spectacle in its own right). It is an absolutely necessary precondition, and Trump is quite good at breaking some of it (or exposing it as broken) - in spite of both himself and his "opponents". That others (Rand, Massie, et al.? [1]) would have to do any actual cleanup (because only a fool would expect or count upon Trump to do it) does not diminish Trump's value in inducing his "opponents" (real or pretended) to expose themselves for what they really are.

I have never heard a Trump fan say the system would work if only we had Trump [...] Most of them want to torch the whole damn thing [...]

"They thought Trump was the river, but he was the dam." -- Michael Malice

[1] But regarding which:

This is the same kind of problem Ron Paul would have faced had he become POTUS (or Rand, Massie, et al. would face if they did).

If Milei wins, don't expect him to be able to work wonders. He almost certainly will not.

Their system will not "go gentle into that good night". They will do everything in their power to stymie, undermine, sabotage, and destroy any serious or significant challenges to their authority and control (up to and including doing massive damage to themselves and others, if they become desperate enough - as long as they still get to be in charge of whatever is left).

Milei's victory is certainly a heartening harbinger, and that is no small thing - but much more is required than just one man being elected to a single "top-down" position on the basis of a grab-bag of vague, inchoate, and often contradictory popular resentments (however deep or intense those resentments may be).

Bingo.

We've gotten to the point where no matter how you look at it or approach it, you're doing exactly what the state wants you to do.

Yet, that cannot be, in all cases from all possible angles, true. If that is the case, then there is no point in fighting, and I completely understand where Anti-Federalist is coming from with comments about nihilistic black pilling.

1) You can't openly rebel, because that is what the state wants you to do so they can crack some skulls.

2) You can't get involved in politics, because the state wants to suck you into this circus show act.

3) You can't sit at home on your ass and stay out of it, because the state wants the most informed people to fade into obscurity.

No matter what you do, you're (apparently) doing exactly what the powers that be want you to do. That cannot be, in all cases and from all angles, true. The ONLY other option is nihilism (oops, by the way the state wants that as well- so make that #4).

Tail-chasing and Paralysis.

Fulton County clerk who leaked Trump charges says she accidentally hit 'send' instead of 'save'
Alexander said she wanted to get the indictment to the public as soon as possible, "and that's how the mishap happened."

Thomas Stevenson (16 August 2023)

The Fulton County Clerk of Courts admitted to accidentally releasing the fourth indictment on former President Donald Trump. She said she pressed send instead of save on the document.

"I am human," Ché Alexander told Channel 2's Tom Jones on Tuesday. She was apparently under a lot of pressure to make sure the process went smoothly and made the oncoming indictment public.

Alexander told Jones that she wanted to get the indictment to the public as soon as possible. "And that's how the mishap happened," she said.

"I have no dog in this fight," Alexander added.

A copy of the leaked indictment soon made its way onto social media. Vivek Ramaswamy, another presidential candidate in the Republican primary, posted some of its content online.
The copy posted was what she called a "dry run" or an "unofficial document" that indicated the upcoming indictment. She said if it had been the official copy, it would have had an official stamp on it.

“That was the best word that I could come up with. It was fictitious. It wasn’t real. It didn’t have a stamp on it,” Alexander told Jones. “I tell my staff we just want to be transparent. I don’t have anything to hide."

Alexander's office has reportedly received threats over the incident such as, "I'm coming to get you," and others.

Alexander insists that the public release of the documents did not have any impact on the jury. Trump's legal team said that it could not have been "simple administrative mistake," but that the release showed the prosecutor's office did not have "respect for the integrity of the grand jury process.”

Alexander insisted to Jones that her mistake did not have any impact on the jury and the office is taking the threats against them seriously.

The indictment has now been publicly released and accuses Trump and 18 of his associates of crimes related to the RICO Act which was enacted for mobsters who were engaged with organized crime.

Is it? If one of the smarter-than-them people that these psychos overpay were to come to them and say, here's a psyop where every attempt at resistance draws the web tighter, leaving you like the prisoner who struggles in his handcuffs and his hands wind up turning blue, would they try it? Could these psychos resist?

Let me call your attention to another brilliant OB quote:

Occam's Banana said:

I keep getting this vibe that no one can believe they'd destroy the country, because they own it, and who trashes their own house? But they don't quite own us yet. They need to become dictators to accomplish that.

They don't take pride in our accomplishments. They have only greed. They don't care about ruling the best country. They just want to rule absolutely. Ever read John Milton? "I would rather rule in Hell than serve in Heaven." If they ruled the Garden of Eden, and the only way they could trick Adam and Eve into their new jail was to flood it with shit and turn this jewel they coveted into a cesspool, they would. Yes, they'd rather destroy the nice thing they desire than go on knowing someone else owns it.

That is the disconnect.

They don't care if it is, in all cases and from all angles, impossible for us to comply. Three felonies a day, remember? They want the unlimited ability to prosecute selectively.

That's the ultimate "black pill" and I happen to agree with you 100 percent.

The only difference I see is that theye will, if pushed to that point, kill us all with a bio-weapon virus.

COVID was the beta test to prove they could do it.

The question is: what the hell does any of that have to do with Trump in the short term, as a jester to drive themme insane?

Yeah, it's a black pill for sure, but there are things worse than death.

Fulton County clerk who leaked Trump charges says she accidentally hit 'send' instead of 'save'

LOL - so we got a Marxist coup underway, facilitated in part by a black female court functionary named after the most famous Marxist revolutionary ever, and a Jamaican black female judge in DC who is the daughter of Jamaican Marxists.

This is not my country anymore.

The question is: what the hell does any of that have to do with Trump in the short term, as a jester to drive themme insane?

Drive who insane? Dude, every functionary at CNN was born insane. They are jack-in-the-boxes. The mere fact that their heads are explosive is their entire reason for existence.

What does this have to do with the oxygen in the room, AF? I've used that phrase several times. Why won't you talk to me about the donkey-turned-elephant sucking all the oxygen from the room?

He's the damned dam. Remember the Malice quote? OB has repeated it often enough. He opened a floodgate just a crack a couple of Januaries ago and patriots are still in jail (in part because he hasn't lifted one finger to help them). These clown indictments are building up a lot of steam behind this dam. What happens when he breaks? Do you honestly expect him to direct that flash flood at his buddies the Clintons, who were at his wedding?

Psychopaths always assume their best is good enough right up until they're proven wrong. We don't know if they've convinced themselves that they don't have enough power, and if they pave paradise and put up a parking lot, they'll get more. They don't want to spend the money to do it because we might get uppity and besides, there are too many of us, remember? Civil Wars tend to bleed off that "excess"--literally. Two birds with one stone. Efficiency.

Civil wars most often rise out of hysteria and resentment. Hysteria and resentment are the main two things we have no shortage of. It's a conundrum we didn't know was possible. The supply is infinite, yet it keeps growing. Why?

What did Malice say about whether or not they can be beaten, again? Schwab knows he's playing a dangerous game. But Schwab wants the marbles. Every stinking one of them.

My narrative isn't just unfalsifiable. It's the "rabbit hole" that just keeps on keeping on connecting the dots.

Incredibly stupid and counter-productive like a fox? I think they think so. If the very reason we don't see it coming is the fact that it's incredibly stupid and counter-productive, then it could work.

Would Klaus Schwab rather serve in heaven or rule hell?

That sounds a bit like #4, nihilism.

"They're going to get us all anyway."

"You're right! So why don't we do [xyz blah blah blah]!"

"No you fool! That's just what they want you to do!"

For God's sake, don't you see why libertarians haven't gained any ground since Nolan broke away from the GOP in the 70's? It's not so much that the state moves incrementally, practically uncontested, (true that is) it's that any and every opportunity, no matter how small, to push back, is written off as some elaborate ploy by TPTB. And it's getting worse.

That's why I keep it simple:

Is he an attention whore?

Yes.

Is this an issue that needs attention?

Yes.

Done.

What if you found out you were wrong and Trump knew running for President was a bad business decision that would cost him a lot of money, but he did it anyway for his children and grandchildren and great grandchildren? Because he knew if our country was destroyed, the money would mean nothing?

Would that turn everything you thought about Trump on it's head?
