This movement needs to be more tolerant...

People that don't live in a battleground state voting "against" either McCain or Obama are dense because their vote doesn't matter in a solidly blue or a solidly red state, so it might as well go to a third party.

Thanks for your tolerance and giving me my liberty....

Well for starters

It is very important for the next president (McCain or Obama) to put constitutional (interpret not make law) judges on the supreme court.

I think McCain is much more likely to do this.

What is it about McCain and his record that makes you feel this way?

Voting for McCain is to insure Obama doesnt win.

See Jo below

Are you in a swing state? If not, then you shouldn't even be thinking about voting against anybody.

The war
Monetary policy
The Federal Reserve
The IRS
End the drug war
As much as I hate to tell others what to think, these really are five fundamental liberty planks.

We're all happy to educate anyone on these things, but the only real basis for believing the status quo opinion regarding them is ignorance. If someone wants to remain ignorant after being beaten over the head with pure logic, I reserve the right to call them retarded.

Am I the only one who looks forward to the trainwrecks? ;)

No. I actually start laughing when i tune in to CNBC for the latest. The DOW is down 285 as of 8:17 am PST..

Then i come here and see a thread on voting for McCain...doesn't get any better than that!...lol

Talked a buddy of mine into getting an AK..he has always been kind of on the fence, and part of the sheeple crowd, and used to laugh at me because i supported Ron Paul. Not anymore. He's getting that WTF look on his face now..

Meanwhile, back at the ranch.........

I know. Years ago...gawd almost 25 years ago now, another buddy of mine and myself were really drunk, and i had my 38 s/w and he had a 50 cal mountain rifle he built, and we were in his bar down stairs at his house and decided to shoot the TV...now that was crazy fun. Made a bit of a mess, but i helped clean it up...
mind you, i was in my twenties, and quite wild at that time in my life...

Check out that mccain/palin thread. I'm not even the one voting for him, yet that thread has degenerated into personal attacks towards me for advocating anarcho-captalism lol

Then there was that time he was in his 67 GTO and me in my 70 Mustang gassed to the gills and ...well no one was hurt or anything damaged, but we did get a blurb in the local paper about 'someone' doing high speeds on the freeway, and squeling tires late at night. Went back to his house and the bar, and let things cool down..lol!..fun times.

You guys still giving these trolls attention?...would like to tie them up, and put em in the back seat of my race car, and go cruzin'...ha!

Well for me, at this point I am voting for the lesser of two evils..

I know, I know... I have read all the arguments against that but I live in the real world and for THIS election either McCain or Obama is going to be elected.

Maybe by next election we will have grown large enough to make a dfference in the outcome but in reality today we are not.
So therefore I must support McAin/Palin

Sorry if that is offensive to anyone BUT I am for Liberty too... Mine!

Certainly, your vote is yours to do with as you see fit. The only thing I would suggest is that third parties only grow in size & influence by receiving votes. Voting a third party in THIS election makes that party stronger for the NEXT election.

But again, go ahead and do what you think is truly best for us and the entire country.

Speaking of racing while drunk, does anyone have a good recipe for Mexican cornbread?
