My precinct only had 1 delegate to send to the county convention, I won it, and my finance got the alternate. There were 5 RP supporters and 1 Huckabee supporter in my precinct. The rest of the county precincts were in the room, and they all appeared similar. There were only 2 McCain supporters in the entire county to show up.

Hopefully the state did as good as Asotin County did.

AWESOME!

I was in Bellevue and it was more mixed... Heavy Republican land, quite a bit of McCain support. Our precinct was a wash for Paul, but others weren't so lucky... I heard Seattle is doing good too though.

Upper Clark County was pretty good, though I wish we could have done as good as you.

My precinct

I was in North Seattle. the whole 46th legislative district held a pooled caucus then broke into precincts for delegate selection. My precinct got 2 delegates plus the PCO. We ended up getting 1 Paul (me) 1 McCain and the PCO who is probably a McCain supporter, but refused to say.

In the room there were over 100 people and I would estimate at least half we RP supporters. I know we got many delegates to the next level.

Asotin County vote totals:
(there was no "real" straw poll, this is what was filled in as "presidential preference" on the sign in sheet)

Ron Paul - 27 votes
McCain - 18
Huckabee - 14
Romney - 4

I, for one, welcome this new "Asotin county" to our fair state, and congratulate you on your Ron Paul-ness!!!

;-)
