Ron Paul on the ADA?

oh, i thought of it, maybe. you mean those nuts with the mercury and flouride?

AFAIK, he's never addressed it. I emailed HQ with the same question months ago, and recieved no response.

He opposes it. I don't even have to look up some confirmation- I know without a doubt that Ron Paul opposes it.

Penn and Teller did a good Bullshit! on the ADA. It's pretty much more government to regulate private property while allowing lawsuit happy types to take advantage of the laws. Its on Showtime On Demand series if you have it.

I kind of figured he would oppose the ADA, but I can just see the Dem's using that against him. Like, "OMG if you vote for Ron Paul he will take away your handicap parking space!" or something to that effect.

the parking spaces also get abused like if you can't use a telephone you can get one, it's quite sad.

thanks for posting on this--I posted about it on the "civil liberties" sub-forum, but it got little attention.
