Ron Paul on Meet the Press (12/11/11)

It seemed like he was enjoying the interview.

Also, I don't think these "who will you endorse?" questions will really hurt him. Most people looking for a candidate that is consistent and well reasoned don't want to endorse them either. The question is will they understand Ron's reasoning or lump him together with all the rest.

Bwahaha. David Gregory is asking Ron Paul to comment on Newt's debate performance on MTP. Like he's an analyst, not a candidate.

See how scared the liberals are that Obama might have to run against Ron Paul?

I thought it was solid interview. I was expecting a lot worse after what happened 4 years ago...didn't they bring up the newsletters on MTP back then? maybe i'm wrong but I remember they were really tough on him. He did a good job this time though

Listening now...

Do you consider Gingrich and Romney consistent conservatives?

I wish Ron would have just said, consistent? They aren't even conservatives.

Heck, he's not even asking Ron Paul about his own platform; just about the others'. Argh.

Ron needs to stop accepting the ridiculous framing of the questions.

"Who represents the real change in the Republican Party?"

"What, out of the six on stage?"

"No, out of the two"

and Ron accepts it and answers it as if he were a lowly pundit. SAY "ME!". Shut that idiot Gregory down.

The interview was pretty focused on Newt and Romney, that's true, but I think it was actually a pretty solid interview. Ron did great and managed to land some punches, which is what we want.

wtf did he EVER ask Ron Paul a question that did not involve another candidate?
