Please listen close: the
WorldNetDaily article references no sources. You don't have to be a journalist to detect the shrill and mocking tone. Apparently, WorldNet got their queue from the
Nolan Chart article by William Westmiller, and so claimed Ron Paul "didn't get the memo." Well, I hate to break it to you WorldNetDaily, but the memo was an
AP NEWS RELEASE, yet to be retracted.
The Nolan Chart article is AT BEST careless. They did not bother to check any telephone facts until well into their "updates". Westmiller posted comments saying that "Chris Brunner" (of Lew Rockwell Media) had confirmed his story, which IS NOT TRUE. Brunner actually called these Nolan Chart guys, specifically Westmiller, last night, and raised his objections to the article. Not only did Westmiller publish the article with incomplete information late last night, he had the either the carelessness or audacity to post under "Update5" that Chris Brunner had endorsed the article. This is nonsense. Brunner has maintained that the Nolan Chart article was inconsistent. A claim which is validated by the numerous 'updates' which seem to write themselves along the way.
As of late this morning Nolan Chart had removed their outrageous claim of Brunner's endorsement. Luckily, we have screenshots.

We also have screenshots various other information which I will not mention: let this be a warning to the media conglomerates who wish to manipulate the open discourse of the Internet.
I would be wary of trusting Westmiller's Nolan Chart article as a source...the article may have new information, and some tenuous theories, but it does not change the fact
the AP Wire that was released has not yet been retracted. Nor does it change the fact
Fox has issued no public statement despite a deluge of media inquiries. Or the statements from the NH GOP. So take the Nolan Chart article as you will, but please take it with a grain of salt, and remember we should be asking questions to AP and Fox, who are at the center of this vortex.
The fact of the matter is the AP needs to reassess their
Dec 27th wire, and Fox needs to respond to the NUMEROUS inquiries which have been made to them from the media and the public. Both AP and Fox have already lost serious credibility in my view, due to their silence in this ongoing controversy (since last Thursday night at 8PM EST).
