That doesn't matter... twitter will check a link (presumably for malicious content) when you post it, if you have a webserver you can try it out and watch the log. This was linked out of jon2012.com somewhere before it was posted as a link on twitter.
 
There's a lot of people that say drop it because it wont hurt Paul. To me the issue isn't about the possibility of it damaging Paul's campaign; the truth can help him and hurt other candidates.

That's a good point. He could have started his answer with: "Even if it is my supporter, and there's no evidence of that,..." Or "Whether it's my supporter, or Huntsman supporter, ..."

On the other hand, he didn't want to give more energy to this event. He's probably right.

Then they'll love the Paul campaign pointing at the Huntsman campaign as the source of the smear based on the order of the referrals in the video. Ron's gotta slap this thing down, cause you know the smears will just continue.

The video uses tags that Huntsman's daughters use on their YouTube videos: jon2012girls jon 2012 girls. The tweet also used the hashtags #jon2012girls as
well. Their YouTube channel is Jon2012Girls.

No, he should just stay away from it. It will simply go away, and it was never something that would hurt Ron anyway. It's a non issue.

No, it will not go away. Establishment media will beat this thing raw until tuesday - and then they'll bring it up later as 'evidence' that Ron Paul is a bad, bad man. This is not the newsletters, this is a new manufactured controversy. It needs to be exposed, and Huntsman needs to be nailed to the wall.

Every media report that I've seen showed Ron's comment that he "disavowed" the ad and thought it should be pulled. I haven't seen any media organization claim that Ron was responsible for the ad or condoned it. Even O'Reilly was fair on this issue.
