Official 11.11.11 Planning Thread - 17,000 Pledges - Decentralize Facebook Promotion

Gage, that widget isn't showing up right for me. I'm using IE 9. This is what it looks like...

Is that you viewing it on the website or at the top of RPF?

Honestly, this is important. But if 10% of the planning for money-bombs was given to Phone-Banking we could really be making waves right now.

I agree, we need to be efficient. Who runs the phonebanking? Doesn't it need to be setup for this?

We need to specifically contact Ron Paul supporters from all States.

Need to mass invite people to the Facebook event and then send them each a message telling them to pledge and help spread the word.

This is a good idea. We need to send it out now before Facebook restricts us from doing so.

Also, has anyone PM'ed Dusman lately? I asked him a question about his leader board system and never got a reply back. I just thought it was strange.

The pledge widget banner ad looks great except it doesn't say "Ron Paul" anywhere. I pledge to add a pledge widget to my blog if it says Ron Paul on it. :toady:

I just added these two sections to the first post. Thanks to Gage for designing them...

It took me 6 hours, but I finally finished creating a concept image for a redesign of SupportThemNow.com. Please check it out here and give me feedback.

What is the measure of success for waving signs and why will it help him raise money?

Why do you think the 4 million and 6 million dollar moneybombs were so successful? Because people donated that would otherwise have never donated. We need people going to these sign bombs to convince everyone there to donate or else 4 million is a longshot.

Maybe we can hit up veterans and active duty forums to get the word out. Not sure if they'd do it but maybe some anti war forums. It would be great if we can tap into both groups! I'm going to email a friend of mine that's in the AF and see if he knows how to get the word out.
