Official 11.11.11 Planning Thread - 17,000 Pledges - Decentralize Facebook Promotion

Good news, I took a little extra time and cleaned up the first post even more. All the large spaces are gone and its much more compact now.

I actually didn't realize this until you pointed it out. We can't assume that everyobdy will know that is Ron Paul in the picture. It might be best to stick his name in there somewhere if possible. I'm not sure if Gage is going to be reworking these photos or if he's just going to leave them as "Vets Day Money Bomb." It would be great if he could let us know this, because if they're finalized, I'm going to work on getting the Ron Paul 2012 Facebook page to use the banner, but I don't want to do that yet if they're going to be changed again.

I think it's important to do this very soon, BUT I think it would be a good idea to wait until Gage has Dusman's leader board and pledge competition setup so we can tell everybody about it in the email. Gage, is there an ETA on when this could be done so we can get the competition started? I'm eager to find out how this thing will take off since there will be a lot more time to run the competition.

I'm wondering if Justin Page would like to make some printable flyers for us to use. He did a really good job on these. We also need a replacement for this picture so we can use it to advertise on Facebook...

Wondering why we have a thousand+ attending on facebook and 201 on the SupportThemNow website. Is the website updating manually or in real time? Also, does it have any analytics?

Where's the information about Ron Paul's military donations? Where's the pie chart graphic that shows the donations? Why aren't we trying to get people excited about this moneybomb? Where are the videos? That's a Ron Paul TV ad, not a grassroots video.

We have to get this show on the road!
 
Alright, I've had enough of this. We have only two weeks left and this thread is practically dead thanks to the new board. I'm not sure about the rest of the threads on here, but can somebody please contact a moderator and tell them how urgent it is to move this thread to Grassroots Central. We need to get AT LEAST this thread into plain view where everybody can see it. I can't ask a moderator though because I'm about to head off to work, so can somebody here please try and make this happen for me while I'm gone? If we don't get more activity around planning this it WILL fail.
