[Milei WINS!] Javier Milei, Austrian econ. prof. & ancap, runs for president of Argentina

Deal with reality. he took the $$$ from IMF

Reality says, don't take the word of random strangers on the internet. I've already looked for anything saying the IMF has given Argentina money since 2022. I can't find anything but rumors.

The guy can give all the fiery speeches he wants, hug all the rabbis in the World, but he still needs CASH to keep his GOV afloat.

Certainly in a tough spot

$4Billion from IMF buys him a little time

Your stylus is skipping. It's redundant. No one's taking your word as confirmation that your word is good.

Yawn.

It would be shocking if the IMF didn’t still have control of Argentina

Prove they are sovereign.

I knew Occam would reply with a meme or clip.

IMF’s has had their hooks into Argentina for decades.

If Melie is really somehow bucking them off please show it

Do you suppose we could have a full fiscal quarter of his administration for some proof to show up? Or is that not instant enough gratification for you?

Prove he never kowtows to them. Sure. Will following him around all his waking hours like a puppy dog for a month be sufficient? Will you take somebody's word for it, or do you require 480 odd hours of raw footage?

I wasn't replying to you. If I was, I would have quoted you (as I have done here).

LOL why?

First: I wasn't replying to you (see above).

Second: he probably isn't going to - and I have no idea what makes you imagine either (1) that he could, or (2) that I have said he would.

Third: even if he did, the black-pilled haters would just sneer, move the goalposts, and find something else to bitch about.

(I swear - I'm glad Ron Paul didn't win, if only for his sake.)

His party still doesn't have the majority of control in Argentina the last time i had seen i think..

He could really sunk the support for future conservatives/independent candidates.

His party is definitely in minority. IMF recent articles are saying he's a realist . According to their press release , they are happy he is walking back some of the cuts.

Guy has his work cut out for him, but I have no doubt their will be BETTER conservative's to rally around no matter what he does.

I agree!

I am absolutely certain that there will indeed be MUCH "better conservatives to rally around no matter what he does", given that:

(1) Milei is a libertarian, not a conservative, and

(2) it is the role of conservatives to "conserve" whatever it is that progressives did 20 or so years ago.

A libertarian that supports the Globalist Order over with the war in Ukraine..

Don't forget Da Joos!

Yeah, Trump's term is an excellent example of how the impossible is demanded and no allowance is made for limitations due to entrenched problems and power structures.
When he did do things decisively he was then attacked for being a dictator, like when he used military funds to defend the border with the wall.

We're talking about the former national currency here, right? The one nobody has to use any more? The one which is still as plentiful, but for which there is now very little demand?

Under the circumstances, being fiat currency that's no longer fiat, I'm surprised it's only down 60% in value.

I don't click on your spam links to that hack site. Did they happen to mention what happened to demand for that currency, even as supply remained constant? Or is this just more Deep State "Alt" -Right propaganda designed to make liberty look bad?

Only a hack like you would think that Milei can be blamed for what happens so soon after he is elected and with a parliament he doesn't hold a majority in.
But monthly inflation is already dropping (that's the yearly rate) and that may be due to anticipation of his policies improving things.
