There are serious questions about the legitimacy of this arrest. Oathkeepers need to rally, in uniform, to this man. This is a classic move by the PTB... pull the molester card for a warrant and then go fishing... I've been watching this guys tubez on the interwebz for awhile and this looks like a "shut-him-up-anyway-you-can" type deal to me.

An arrest on charges of rape of a child and forcible sodomy has led to a complaint being filed in United States District Court.

Charles Alan Dyer, 29, of Marlow, was arrested for the alleged rape and forcible sodomy of a child. During the investigation into the allegations, the Stephens County Sheriff’s Office obtained a warrant to collect DNA evidence. During the search the sheriff’s deputies noted several firearms and a device believed to be a Colt M-203, 40-millimeter grenade launcher, a complaint filed in the United States District Court of Western Oklahoma by Alcohol, Firearms and Tobacco Special Agent Brett Williams said.

On Wednesday, knowing that Dyer, an ex-Marine, had alleged contacts with militia groups and not knowing the legality of the alleged device, the Stephens County Sheriff's Office contacted federal agents and informed them of what the deputies had observed.

Dyer’s affiliation with militia groups is apparent through the videos posted on his YouTube channel — July4Patriot.

Today I drove to Marlow to open a PO Box for donations and letters of support for Charles and the Dyer family. Afterwords, I drove to his parent's home to hand over the keys to the box. We offered the family our full support and assured them that the members of ARM are behind them. The family apologizes for the lack of information that they can provide, on advice from Charles' lawyer. Rest assured, when Charles gets a chance, he WILL set the record straight.

The best thing we can do as a movement now is to keep our heads level and our mind focused. The family has again asked for our discretion in this matter. For now, we need to take a step back from calling the media, as the family does not hold confidence that the news will portray another side to this story. They also want all calls to the Stephens County Sheriff's office stopped. There have been people (and I don't know if they are members of ARM or not) calling the office and making what has seemed to be threats, and Sheriff Mckinney has now displayed a concern for his families' welfare. THIS NEEDS TO STOP! Please, stop saying you want to track down his home address, find him, ect. Again, stop threatening to bust out Charles, or take action against his accusers. This is only going to make the Dyer family look bad, and trust me, right now we don't want to interfere with the possible positive turn of events. There will come a time when individuals may be called upon to help Dyer in some capacity, and those individuals will be contacted when the time comes. But for right now, we need to remember what this movement is about. Dyer would not want us scaring the family of a Sheriff who honestly, was caught off guard with the case, and was bound by law to cooperate with the Feds. If Sheriff Mckinney had acted any other way, things would have been much worse for Dyer, his family, and the town of Duncan. The family will be calling the Sheriff, and relaying my message to him that ARM means him, his force, and his family no harm.

My visit with the family really opened my eyes to the type of person Charles is. His DD-214 from the USMC shows a decorated and honorable time in service, including the award of the USMC Good Conduct medal. His family has a long and proud tradition of military service, and his father told me many, many times over the course of the hour how his boy Charles would be honest to a fault, telling the truth even if it hurt him. He is loved by his family, his girlfriend, and the town of Duncan. Almost everyone in town thinks that it is a bogus rap. I have good feelings about the outcome of this case.


The family is in need, however. They have already forked over thousands of dollars to the legal system just to get to arraignment, and court fees are going to continue to stack up. They are not destitute, but they are not going to be able to pay this off without taking a hit in their finances. Again, if you can donate even five dollars to the paypal, or send a check or money order to the PO box, please do so! Again, those who have donated have my thanks, and the families' thanks.

Keep your heads up, everyone, stay focused on the mission of ARM. We are not an offensive organization, we are a defensive, protective organization. Dyer would not want us to stop what we are doing. He would not want us to put our agendas on hold, but please do not forget our brother in arms.

I'm not close to the guy one way or another so I have no reason to distance myself from him to begin with and that is why I said you assume too much. Not on my Youtube favorite list or nothing. I don't know the guy from Adam's house cat.

How can I answer a hypothetical question about a persons situation when I have never met them period? I can't get past the idea that someone might be accused of something they didn't do to start with, so I can not answer that question.

It must be a great comform to TPTB to know that all which is required of them to divide and conquer the freedom movement is to cry "child molestation".

From what I understand of the situation... I do not guarantee the accuracy of this information but this is what has come out.

He is getting divorced. The kid he accused of molesting is his daughter. He is accused by his ex-wife. The search warrant was issued for a DNA swab. While there with the Sheriff and ATF (why are federal tax agents on a child molestation call?) finds an M203, but no ammo. ATF was apparently looking for some blasting caps and AN that state militia has been distributing their to units.

I remind everyone, innocent until proven guilty.

This man has said plenty that would make the PTB want to shut him up.

The M203 is a classic ATF plant as it is near impossible to get ammo for and therefore won't be able to harm the tax collectors when they bust him. It's a fucking metal tube that will land you a heavy federal sentence.

If he is a child molester then there are plenty that would take care of that problem asap... within the militia.

But if he is being set up for this and the ATF is now using drummed up child molestation warrants to gain entry then...

Remember now what people suspected of not having their stupid fucking little $200 tax stamps have suffered in the past? Vicki Weaver shot in the head while nursing her child and her other son shot in the back because the stock on a shotgun her husband sold was 3/8" too short? Or how about the over 80 men women and children burned alive in Waco because a neighbor "might" have heard what was an automatic weapon?

If this yet another ATF setup then everyone of you in this forum should consider what has happened and compare it to past historical events and apply it to your own lives. It is no harder to plant a weapon in someone's house than it is to drop a bag of coke in someone's car on a a traffic stop.

Also take this as a warning that if you do not have your Form 4 and your ATF tax stamp do not EVER touch a full auto weapon or destructive device or sear kit or whatever. Many good folks have been put away for a long time because of the NFA ini 1934 and the Machine Gun Act of 1968.

Like was said... if a charge of child molestation is all it takes to split the movement and start the backstabbing in a Republic where one is innocent until proven guilty then they have already won.

This appears to be a setup...

The mere presence of BATFE in the initial search warrant phase indicates that the feds pushed the Sherrif, and likely the ex-wife, in order to initiate their fishing expedition.

The presence of an M-203, if not planted by BATFE (remember the "search" of David Olofson's home, or Charlie Pucket's planted FA-AK parts?), was incomprehensibly ridiculous, especially for someone who made the conscious effort to go high profile.

Still, Dyer deserves his day in court, and we can collectively pray that his jury will be well-informed peers, and not the usual crop of "mushrooms" like the juries that convicted David Olofson, as well as Ed & Elaine Brown.

DNA samples? Why would a search need to be conducted on the premises for DNA samples?
Wouldn't they simply need to show up at his door and ask to take a swab without even entering the premises?
Aren't search warrants fairly explicit in nature?
This case should be watched closely. I see no link between the charge of child molestation and the need for BATF intervention.
