America, today was a good day! July4Patriot a.k.a. Charles Dyer was found not guilty today. This is according to several sources ARM members have spoken to today! Today, I am happy to say that I am glad, that I stood by this man of character. As, myself (JT), and Jim have said from the beginning we did not believe these accusations to hold any truth. This however, is not the end of the road for Charles! He still faces unrelated charges. We also believe these charges to be false. We are now hoping that Charles will be given bond, and will be on the street soon! We will be standing by July4patriot till the end! Our thoughts, and prayers are with Charles and his family! I expect the other (bogus)charges will be dropped also.

I had a friend who was arrested for child molestation. Turned out his girl friend's little sister was pissed off that she moved out of their house and in with him, so she decided to get back at him by filing a false claim. He was never prosecuted but ended up paying thousands of dollars for an attorney to deal with it. That's the way our lovely "justice" system works. In a more just place, they'd take the bitch out and horsewhip her.

So he has been sitting in jail because he had either a flare launcher or an airsoft replica. There is no way he is out if it was a real tube. He sat in jail for months on a nothing charge.

From what I've discovered, Charles is a good man and is a prominent figure in the patriot movement as well as the posterboy for US militias. The evidence shows that the girl was molested in some form, but Charles was no where around. But the girls mother allows her daughter to be around her uncle who IS a convicted, registered sex offender. You put 2 & 2 together and I see the girl harmed by the uncle, and Charles being a federal scapegoat because of his public opposition to the tyranny within American government.

DUNCAN, Oklahoma -- An ex-marine and Oklahoma militia man sparks a nationwide manhunt. Law enforcement leaders say they're afraid he is heavily armed and will do something drastic.

Stephens County Sheriff Wayne McKinney says Charles Dyer didn't show up for court Monday morning on charges he raped a 7-year-old family member.

But Dyer's family says he is a constitutional patriot that's been hounded by the government and is now left with few options.

What is there about him that would lead to that conclusion?

Again , There is nothing to believe that he did. There never was.




The "rape" charges were created by his crazy wife he was divorcing.
They were used by the Feds to find planted evidence on the weapon charges that he was acquitted on.

It is possible that the little girl was actually molested. The wife had sex offender family in the house while Dyer was stationed elsewhere.

It was not by Dyer, the DNA evidence proved that.
