BTW, At the last trial (mistrial) that failed to convict, DNA evidence was never shown to the jury. (as I understand, it's been suppressed)

I'm almost positive that the A.R.M. was a fed fronted group. I remember when I first saw their promo videos, I knew there was something up.

I don't believe he was being helped much. I don't see that he had any help at all, or even a plan.

She was in Florida with friends and they were raided by SWAT. There is no way she was in Ok. helping him.

There is so much false information in the media reports it would take a full thread to address it.

They are now claiming that the people that burned his trailer were Oath Keepers. And that it was 2 males.
False, The girl that torched his trailer WAS NOT his girlfriend,, and she is a former sheriff employee.

This really does need some honest media attention and a real investigation. That is unlikely to happen unless he fights extradition and gets a good lawyer in Texas.

Dyer was disarmed by law while under this charge, He was out on Bond and they knew he had NO weapons.

He was also Acquitted of the weapon charges. (found NOT guilty)

Several stories with several discrepancies.
They are demonizing him in the media.

What did Charles really do? Served his country as a Marine, spoke out against the wars and trained militia. Neither of which are illegal. Apparently someone didn't like it though. This was a classic fed response that has busted quite a few militia members (the militia, which by the way, is mandated by the Constitution) in the past, trumped up weapons charges with child molestation on top to get that nice knee jerk reaction from the sheep, "what a monster!"

BTW, Oathkeepers threw him under the bus, big time... Until the recent offer of assistance they have done nothing to assist him. Stewart Rhodes should offer to represent him himself or provide adequate legal counsel.

Innocent until proven guilty my ass.
