Joe Rogan : "You gotta get scared that people who are not criminals are being set to El Salvador prisons."

They can't afford to sell off their "assets"?

Shitheadsmyth.

Yea, I disagree with him greatly on the state of the Chinese economy. The infrastructure they have built is real and significant. The "wealth" that America claims to hold, however, is entirely virtual.

So who's really in the better economic position.

No, they can't.
The prices would crash and they'd be selling them at a gigantic discount.

Trump's going to crash their value anyway. He can't control himself. He's a spendaholic.

The first to liquidate their bonds loses the least as the price goes into freefall.

Their infrastructure is falling apart because they have "Tofu dreg" construction.
They also overbuilt far beyond their needs or the needs of any of their customers, like the ghost cities they have ghost trains, and ghost factories (there will be even more of these as the tariffs bite), etc.

If you build a giant amusement park in Hell Flats Texas or Death Valley Nevada and nobody comes to play there your "assets" are nothing but sunken costs and maintenance costs.

Their debt is also far worse than ours when you dig up all the ways they hide it in their state owned enterprises and local/provincial governments etc.

For every ghost train and ghost city that they do indeed have, they have a dozen others or more that are used effectively and relatively efficiently.

Their transportation and logistics capabilities exceeds our own at this point by a significant margin, and it's used very effectively to provide support to their manufacturing industries.

It's ill-advised to underestimate them.

It's hilarious how he can see the numbers of Chinese as small and the numbers of radical American liberals with the cojones to take up arms as legion.

He's living in la-la land.

Only if you believe their numbers, which is ridiculous.
They lie to themselves every step up the ladder and then the top level adds even more lies onto what they tell the world.
Any serious attempt to estimate their real numbers show there is absolutely no connection to reality.

They are already starting to unravel, and it will only accelerate.
And they will be left with a deserted amusement park built of chinesium and tofu dregs.

I don't have to believe their numbers. I can check with my own eyes by looking at their cities with Baidu Maps. They have a feature equivalent to Google Street View, you can place a camera anywhere in their cities and check it out.

I just did a random sampling of a few places and to me their infrastructure looks excellent.

Most cities have pretty good coverage of the areas you can visit with this feature.

"Looks" and "is" are not the same thing.
They have buildings and bridges, etc. collapse all the time that "looked" excellent, fraud is their specialty.
And over capacity that rusts away unused after their collapse will be worthless even if it isn't rotten on the inside.

I'm sure you're right that it's all low quality Chinese garbage, but the sheer scale of it remains a compelling demonstration of their industrial ability, even if not their industrial quality.

We're not capable of building anything, cheap shit or otherwise.

And over capacity that rusts away unused after their collapse will be worthless even if it isn't rotten on the inside.

Over capacity is always going to be preferable to non-existent capacity, which is what we have.

Once If Gavin Newsoms high speed train gets built, you'll take back those words

So if Texas seceded, it would be morally justified to invade us and force us back into the union?
I would support forcing Texas back into the union whether they are operating open-air slave markets or not.

If they were that would at the very fit the definition a just war.

Texas will never be a threat to our union if they are part of the Union.

A just war exists when a people tries to ward off the threat of coercive domination by another people, or to overthrow an already-existing domination.

I would support forcing Texas back into the union...

Naturally. No one would expect civility from a bot.

... whether they are operating open-air slave markets or not.

No, you completely missed the meaning and the context of his conversation. Total fail.

I'm not going to tell you. Go ask your creator. He's your daddy, not me.

Chinese people definitely aren't gaining generational wealth. They have no system that supports their elderly population so everyone saves everything they earn and they have virtually no domestic spending.

Their housing market collapsed after covid. Housing was the only way for someone to save money in that country.

You can't take money out of the country they closed the Macao and Hong Kong loopholes.

All of that with their unemployment rates for young people are now so high they stopped counting it.

Do you know what happens to a country when young adults can't find work?

They don't make more people anymore because they can't afford to have kids.

China's population is collapsing and selling off your expensive assets that are propping up your currency's value is only going to make everything worse.

Saying everything twice now? Or did you glitch and develop the Max Headroom Stutter?

Yes, you're supposed to spam the same nonsense over and over like a good little bot, but I think your creator wants you to make more than one post.

I have to refresh the page constantly and click a box that says verify you are human when the page reloads it will be on there 4 or 5 times.

It's probably just the security settings on my phone that does it. I usually just edit it out.
