Joe Rogan : "You gotta get scared that people who are not criminals are being set to El Salvador prisons."

You just said it yourself, the sovereignty of that territory belongs to the people of the United States.

I am a person of the United States.

When I dissolve my contract, I am entitled to my equitable share of the assets and liabilities, including the sovereignty that which I previously owned a share of.

If you wish to negotiate the terms of that dissolution, that is perfectly reasonable, but to completely deny that I have any rights to what I am being told that I was previously a part owner of, is not how contracts work.

The fact that there is no dissolution negotiation process at all proves that this is not at all a contractual relationship.
Of course it's a social contract.

It's considered an unwritten agreement. Every civilization and culture has one.

Some of them do it through religious institutions don't lie cheat or steal or kill or you go to hell.

It means a persons’ moral and/or political obligations are dependent upon a contract or agreement among them to form the society in which they live.

Every group of people has a "contract".

With ours you get more out of it then you pay into it. So it's a good deal.

The federal government exists at the pleasure of the states.

If the states had supremacy they could own slaves.

If you had sovereignty over your land you could smuggle people into your land and own slaves.

We have federal supremacy in our country.

You keep saying that I have sovereignty as an American but then you tell me that I can't choose to take my sovereignty with me when I leave.

So either I never had any sovereignty to begin with, or you feel entitled to take my sovereignty.

Which is it?

Correct. This idea that the Supreme Court has ruled that basically says that states gave up their sovereignty to some abstract concept of a nation is beyond tyrannical bullshit. Only people have sovereignty. Abstract concepts cannot and never will be sovereign.

You have Sovereignty as a citizen of the United States. It's a special right granted only to a group. (The United States)

If you renounce your citizenship and go pledge your loyalty to another group the then that privlege is revoked.

You could try what we did of course. We stole our sovereignty from the king of Britain. I don't recommend that though.

What of you renounce your "citizenship" but don't pledge your loyalty to another group because you learned your lesson?

Got it, the abstract concept of the United States has sovereignty.

If you renounce your citizenship and go pledge your loyalty to another group the then that privlege is revoked.

Got it, I have privileges not rights, I understand.

I will keep that in mind.

Thanks for clarifying the situation.

I will continue to serve as the United States' humble slave and servant, until such time as I can identify a new slave master, to be transferred to.

Maybe someone will let you crash on their couch but probably not forever.

We'll let you crash on our couch for a while but we are a lot nicer of a culture than most especially Eastern.

In most places in the world you are likely to become a slave. That's where a lot of slavery comes from traditionally. Not being part of a group that prevents it.

My understanding is that MS-13 has recently been labeled a Foreign Terrorist Organization. This puts the organization, it's operational hierarchy, and individual membership on equal footing as ISIS. During the Obama administration, Anwar al-Awlaki was a US citizen who was alleged to have joined ISIS. No trial, no Judge, no jury; a multi million dollar US Predator Drone strike ended him. I did not shed a tear. At the time I though he likely deserved his fate for joining ISIS. Kilmar Ábrego García, frankly has been given more judicial review and a lighter consequence than al-Awlaki, and likely also deserves his fate for joining Mara Salvatrucha. I also have similar disappointments; however. It was never fully investigated nor publicly discussed who provided ISIS with their fleet of white colored Toyota trucks, nor did this support suffer any consequence. It likewise isn't fully investigated nor publicly discussed who and what NGO's are housing these individuals at the Darien gap and bussing them into the United States, without facing consequence.

Privilege by definition certainly.

A privilege is something that's is exclusively granted or available only to a particular person or group.

Certainly not the whole world all 8 billions has sovereignty over the United States right?

We are the ones who defend it 🤣

I'm not sure who has the sovereignty precisely, but it sure as shit isn't me.

And I wouldn't put it out of the question that a significant portion of my sovereignty is in Chinese and foreign possession.

If you think the chinese people in China own anything then you don't really know how their system works.

In China on the mainland the communist party rules. They command the PLA or their army.

They don't have ownership of property or money or of even the houses they buy- if they buy a house they own the lease. Once the lease is up they bulldoze the house.

The communist party is constantly going through power struggles. There is no free speech, if you post something or say something the party doesn't like they disappear you.

This is how much of the old world is and they would do it to us if they could.

They took over Hong Kong and arrested the guy who ran the newspaper.

He was their "Benjamin Franklin".

I gotta chuckle a bit if you think America hasn't lost any of its sovereignty to China.

When America corrupted the idea of sovereignty in Texas v. White, it made this country up for sale, and it was China who ending up buying most of the shares.

Well their economy isn't doing well. Who knows if their government maintains their mandate from heaven? They have only been in power since 1949. 1949 isn't that long ago.

And people who buy the b.s. you peddle are going to be shocked to your shorts when they sell off our debt and sate demand for bonds.

All of the sudden you neocons will have to buy your own bullets and bombs to annihilate people with.

Will Rogers said the national budget was a mythical bean bag. They vote mythical beans in and try to pull real beans out. China's about to pop that bag. Then humans are going to get a reality check, and your masters won't be able to pay their electric bill any more.

LOL
Not going to happen, they can't afford it.

So if Texas seceded, it would be morally justified to invade us and force us back into the union?

They can't afford to sell off their "assets"?

Shitheadsmyth.
No, they can't.
The prices would crash and they'd be selling them at a gigantic discount.
Then they wouldn't have the dollars to pay their dollar denominated debts, or to pay for the resources they import for their economy.
They can only afford to hold them and let them mature or slowly sell a few as they actually need to.

Your ignorance of the workings of the global market is showing.
