El Salvador to accept deportees from the US of all nationalities and US violent criminals

Imagine if SS and The Daily Mail only gave you part of the story.

That just makes it sound even more reasonable.

If you enjoyed GITMO 1, you're going to love GITMO 2!

"GITMO 1" involved the imprisonment of subjects who had not been convicted (or even charged) with any crimes.

Whatever one thinks of Bukele's offer, it is explicitly restricted to "only convicted criminals".

So unless every other prison is "GTIMO", neither is this one.

Man, if I was here illegally, I would be running for the border.

I sure wouldn't want to be put in a prison in El Salvador.

Most will just be released there, but I hope they misunderstand and are encouraged to flee.

Leftist lies and propaganda, probably paid for by USAID.

 Okay. So I guess your an equal opportunity lover of fascism. Everybody is innocent if they're right wing (all the January 6th prisoners) and must all be guilty if a right winger imprisons them. Whatever dude.

And I know it's a waste of time arguing with you because you have zero honesty or credibility. But for anyone else who might read this, even the El Salvadorian government knows that innocents are getting swept up in the dragnet. People are getting arrested on nothing but anonymous phone calls. You've never heard of SWATTING in the U.S.? This is many times worse.

You can deport people.

But if they're not criminals, you can't deport them to a prison, especially one with a life sentence.

Checks notes, yup, illegal entry to the US is a crime.
They're all criminals.

And most are not being sent to prisons.

A lot of other countries simply are prisons so there's never gonna a guarantee that people we deport don't go to a prison.

Any country in the world could theoretically declare martial law and become a prison over night.
