Joe Rogan : "You gotta get scared that people who are not criminals are being set to El Salvador prisons."

.

So, if you can’t beat ‘em, join ‘em? Keeping in mind the fact that no serious effort to “beat ‘em” has yet been undertaken.

I’m tired too, but if you give up, you lose. If you allow yourself to tolerate more evil simply on the excuse that “they already do evil anyway,” you lose. And worse, you become that which you claim to oppose.

There are solutions that don’t violate anyone’s rights. But you never find them if you don’t first stand firm on fundamental principle, and then look for them.

Personally, I’m as optimistic as I’ve ever been for the long run. The short run? Well, that depends…
The problem is that things are inverted completely, not just distorted in one facet.
We shouldn't join them in giving fake "rights" to invaders any more than we should join them in spying on citizens.

Due process win.

Do not equate that with "you condone welfare you globalist!"
Bunk.
Invasions don't get due process.
The only reason to even bother to check if they are citizens is for citizens.

They are mandating Habeas hearings.

That would be the win.

Trump has the power to suspend Habeas in cases of invasion, he needs to suspend it for the invaders.

That would be the loss.

If you love Gitmo so much, why don't you just leave and go live there. You'll be well protected between those prison walls which are already built. You and Neocon Shill Kristi [and even Trump] can go together and live in perfect harmony.

You are clearly on the side of the MS-13 terrorist invaders.
That's why you have the win and loss inverted.

This is the only course of action left.

So now you're against Habeas Corpus?

And folks wonder why we keep going down the shitter in favor of a Globalist Technocratic Society. Once the Bill of Rights is murdered, there is no more America.

Article 1, Section 9

The Privilege of the Writ of Habeas Corpus shall not be suspended, unless when in Cases of Rebellion or Invasion the public Safety may require it.

I don't feel the least bit in danger because someone wants a hearing.

Go suck up to George Bush [both of them] and Neocon Shill Kristi. They love folks like you.

We are all in danger because there are 10s of millions of them here and they rob, kill, and maim people every day.
We are in danger because people like you are trying to prevent us from removing them before doomsday.

Wrong. What this is really is how our God-given rights get eroded away. Some asshole says, if ya wanna make an omelet ya gotta break a few eggs, and other people nod -- and instantly turn into hypocrites.

Due process is taking the time needed -- no less, but also no more -- than to make sure you didn't pick up the wrong person -- for example, a citizen -- by mistake. And I have still gotten it my own self without stepping into a courtroom.

What the actual fuck is wrong with that? Really. What the actual fuck?

People are implying that the definition of due process is ten lawyers playing around in two or three courtrooms over a period of five years. That's the whole disconnect here. It's the stupid little tempest the New USAID is trying to stir up in this tiny teapot. It's bullshit. It is bullshit.

So the obvious thing to do is panic like a bunch of liberals, go get our jabs and excoriate anyone who doesn't.

Oh, wait, wrong manufactured emergency, wrong bunch of panickers.

So the obvious thing to do is trade liberty for security, and wind up with neither.

Yeah, that's the one I mean.

I see a lot more white American folks [especially in Section 8] in my parts committing crimes, more than immigrants who typically own and operate paving companies and restaurants [the food is pretty good too].

That's the beauty of the Bill of Rights - when somebody/anybody is accused of something, they get due process.

Your GWB/Kristi Noem fear tactics don't work on me.

Here's what you should really fear: I'm getting the word out about the Peter Theil Technocratic Network. Folks are at least beginning to wise up. I hope that doesn't put a damper on your day. Actually I hope it does.

Saying, due process is necessary to ensure citizens aren't accidentally deprived of their rights, and watching people screech, we can't afford to do due process but stop saying we aren't making sure of that!!1! (like due process has to take more than ten minutes) is like watching this:
