I smiled when I read that. I can't even imagine. The hard core neocon Republicans I know would never vote for Hillary for example. NEVER. I just don't think that many Republicans would jump ship to vote for Hillary over RP. Not in a million years. She is very much disliked, including in the state of NY.
yeah its just talk...kinda like before the 04 election...half the country said.."if Bush wins I'm leaving the country"I agree. Once presented with the options of Ron Paul and Hilary, the majority of those under the neocon will NOT jump to Clinton's camp.
Who cares if a few loud mouths say they will vote for Hilary over Ron Paul? As others have pointed out, the original neocons were all Trotskites and then hijacked the Republican Party in the 1980s.
for every neo-con that goes over to vote for Clinton in the general election, 20 pissed off democrats will go over to vote for Ron Paul.
Ill tell ya what, If Ron DOESNT get the nomination, I WILL vote for Hillary, just to send a message to the republican party that they cant continue to prop up these pseudo-conservative BS candidates and expect to win with them.
I cant stand Hillary, but what makes me even more angry is the fact that so many GOPers are doing everything they can to discredit Ron Paul and focusing more negative energy on him than they are the democrats who they are supposed to be against(of course we all know its just one big party), so I say screw em!!! Let Hillary get in office and screw up EVERYTHING. If Ron doesnt win, the sooner we fall into a totally socialist society the better off we will be in the long run because it will wake up so many people that still have blinders on.
Fortunately though, I think Ron has a good chance to win.
Yuck...you couldn't pay me enough to vote against my principles just to prove a point! Sorry, but I don't think your protest vote would even get noticed enough to make it worth violating your principles.
Maybe so, but when Hillary won I would feel like I did my little part to stick it to the traitors on the Republican side for not standing for what they supposedly believe in.
Actually, voting third party or not voting at all is what really scares the two major parties. They want confirmation that we buy into their little game, more than anything. The best strategy is to vote for other offices and leave the presidential line blank. The parties analyze voting patterns and the most horrifying line in the analysis is the voters who actually showed up then didn't pull a lever for either major party for the top of the ticket. Trust me, it keeps them awake at night that people may not be buying into their two party charade.
Never mind...

I should really thank Redstate for giving me my life back.

That's just buying right into their shell game. The same people control both Hillary and Bush. That's the name of the game: make you fight with each other over two CFR owned candidates so you think you have a choice. What you need to do is write RP in if he doesn't get the nomination. If everyone did this, he would get about a half a million write in votes which would be a historical record.Ill tell ya what, If Ron DOESNT get the nomination, I WILL vote for Hillary, just to send a message to the republican party that they cant continue to prop up these pseudo-conservative BS candidates and expect to win with them.
