I Saw This Coming: NeoCons will vote Democrat

LOL @ hypothetical

I don't think we'll see that happening, they absolutely hate Hillary even though she's just the other side of the ugly globalist coin. The most drastic thing I can see these freedom hating neo-cons do is not vote at all.

Stating that he has voted straight 'R' back to Gerald Ford and wearing that as a badge of honor. Does he get a set of steak knives for consistency?

For an older generation, voting the party line signified loyalty to the wisdom of the party and higher principles rather than playing games on the basis of personality. The idea was that in the general election, you nobly voted on the principles of the party platform rather than on celebrity or likability or patronage (jobs promised to supporters) or other such unworthy factors.

There may be younger people who still believe this.

The "red state" guy is blowing smoke.

If you think a Republican is going to vote for HILLARY CLINTON (make no mistake about it, she IS the Democratic nominee) over Ron Paul, I have a bridge to sell you.

The average Republican would probably vote for Satan before voting for Hillary Clinton!

Where have you been over the last 4 month?

4 months ago what you said would be true. But now they have been seriously warming up to Hillary. Imo, at least 10+% of the Republican party would vote for Hillary over Ron Paul in the general. Though thats fine with me since we pick up twice that much!!

Trust me. If Ron wins, the neocon machine will be pushing for Hillary with everything they've got. They will talk about how she is a DINO and is really on their side.

There's enough articles out there showing how Rupert Murdoch supports Hillary.

But then how does one reconcile the Hannity factor, who works for Murdoch but spends all day reaming Hillary?

Unless; of course, they pick outright buffoons to represent the GOP top tier . . . er . . . uh . . . ugh . . . Houston!?!

Wow, willing to throw away all of their values for a stupid war. They just can't admit they were wrong.

I disagree. They love people not voting, because it makes the vote that does occur easier to tweak. It's not their system. It's our system. Not voting doesn't mean you don't have to follow the laws the victors then right.

Don't get me wrong. I don't want hordes of uninformed people voting any more than I like seeing informed people taking their marbles and going home. Both are stupid, but one group should know better.

You can disagree all you want. I've been in the analysis of elections done by the major parties and that is what scares them. Obviously, people will do whatever they want to. Vote. Don't vote. I don't care if RP doesn't win. But the only thing that scares them, even when they win, is the voters who show up and still don't vote for the top of the ticket.
