That's the crux of the matter. The neocons don't want the troops out of Iraq, or out of the middle east, so they're going to vote Democrat.

Israel is currently the braintrust of the world, they have all they need for the foreseeable future to sustain themselves(along with EVERYONE around them having all they need!)

Israel is a major exporter of knowledge in technology, defense, offense, education, etc. If we were to withdrawn all foreign aid from EVERY country in the region Israel stands to gain the most, for starters than can simply charge more for their knowledge. Capitalism works.
