like I say, they can be my guest as it will only serve the interests of their opponents
It'd be interesting to see Turkey fight Egypt and Israel.

and I guess the point about Egypt opening their boarder, being rational about the situation is overlooked? You just gonna keep saying "Israel AND Egypt are at war with Gaza". Well I don't see any Egyptian response to the Turkish statements.
Egypt has a blockade against Gaza, a blockade is an act of war. Egypt routinely keeps the border with Gaza sealed, and streneously opposes Hamas.
Israel was enforcing a joint blockade.
This is akin to someone stepping out in front of a bus, and the bus not slowing down
I know all that. All I'm saying that Egypt isn't flipping out at Turkey. So why would they go to war with Turkey if the blockade was breached with the help of Turkey? Egypt seems to want to back away from Israel with this latest situation. Its not RISK. A country to decide they don't want to bail out their idiot neighbor.
Of course, Egypt doesn't have to fight Turkey. Israel can take care of itself. I'm just saying there has been a joint blockade for several years.
the israelis will have a fun time explaing why they are dropping bombs on peopel to prevent aid getting to sick people. alot of poeple will sympathize with that action,
wether she was moving OR NOT he was going to proceed forward. that is murder. he was aware of the possiblity she would still be there. activists chain themselves to trees all the time . they don't continue to cut down the tree with the guts of the activist flying around.
civilized people don't run over people with bulldozers. If you can't see that I feel sorry for you
I agree. I just don't think Israel has any allies on this one. As they shouldn't.
The Israelis and Egyptians offered to transport all the humanitarian aid to Gaza
I have no interest in being lumped together with someone who supports people who advocate genocide.
Merely because someone is run over does not establish Mens Rea, or criminal intent to commit a crime.
lol, your relentless shilling for the Israeli regime suggests otherwise...
You're right, like when it's an accident. Not the case here. The bulldozer driver's intent was to kill.
Might I recommend you reread a book on Criminal Law? Here, I suggest the following,...

I'm not shilling for Israel
Your definition of murder is wrong. Murder requires mens rea, or specific intent to kill.

If you shoot towards me and say get out of the way and I don't you murdered me. maybe I thought you were kidding, maybe I didn't think you ahd the right to tell me to move, maybe i'm stupid for thinking a normal person woiuldn't shoot me for no good reason but if you do you are guilty.
you need to drop all this legal mumbo jumbo and see this for what it is, a moral crisis. any law other than the law of the jungle is meaningless
It'd be interesting to see Turkey fight Egypt and Israel.
This isn't a video game dumbass.
You find killing hundreds or thousands of people interesting?
You are a psychopath.

The worst mental state here was negligence, for assuming this woman was a reasonable adult, and would move out the the way of a hundred ton earth moving machine.
I'm well aware of that. If you'd ever met Hamas gunmen in the flesh, you'd know precisely how serious this is. Israel will not lift the blockade, and will fight Turkey over it if necessary. The survival of Israel and the Israeli people the government was created to protect are directly threatened by Hamas controlled Gaza. The cannot be free flow of weapons into Gaza. It would cause an massive amount of bloodshed.
