Based on what? You could not possibly predict what Romney would do as President since every word out of his mouth was a lie engineered by a team of experts to get him elected. To say you would choose Romney over Obama is EXACTLY like choosing between a kick in the balls and a totally unknown type of beating behind door number one. It is not possible to make a rational choice because you don't have the necessary information. Therefore, your choice is based on something else. What?
