Are even my fellow revolutionaries apathetic?

Let the free market decide if this is a good tactic... I think it will decide that it is not effective. It seems too passive-agressive for me.
 
Sending a message once is a good idea. Sending the same fax every day is SPAMMING and they will ignore you. Fax, mail, call, and then show up in person - THAT will show your dedication and determination on an issue.

Showing up in person is going to have a far greater impact than some canned fax/email letter. Every Congress Critter has a local office, you don't have to go to DC.

Have you ever been to Washington D.C.?
It looks like a police state to me. The White House is cordoned off and unless you're Roger Clemens or a lobbyist it is virtually impossible to get near your Senator.
