I find it strange that a libertarian forum has people supporting new taxes (Tariffs). How do you guys justify this? What's the end goal? Will we eventually have affordable costs of goods and services as a result of these Tariffs?

The 10% minimum is not paused, the portions meant to counter unfair trade practices are paused for cooperative countries pending negotiating better trade terms for us.

Clearly Trump thinks that 10% will provide the necessary revenue and protect our industries once other countries play fair, he can always raise the minimum if necessary later.
