US Senator Dr. Rand Paul is starting to sound more and more like his Dad, as the large swell of us US voters at least hoped he would -
even if stationed overseas.
This means all the grassroots organizing in Iowa and Nevada etc. can all start gearing up again for those early primary/caucus states.
We need New Hampshire - we need Iowa - we need Nevada (although those caucus states won't be in the Rand column
of delegates) until the 2016 GOP National Convention in late June 2016 - earlier than in the past election cycles.
Cleveland will host the 2016 Republican National Convention
Republican officials wanted an earlier convention in 2016, to allow the nominee to pivot more quickly to the general election.
Cleveland offered up a late June date, while Dallas was considering mid-July, reports said, though an RNC spokeswoman
said Tuesday that the exact timing was still part of the negotiation process.
GOP is looking at June 28 or July 18, 2016, a move that would shorten what the GOP spokeswoman describes as a “bruising” primary process.
Rand's sanctity of life ad comes up in most browsers I've tested including Linux Rekonq
and of course Chrome, Firefox, Opera and Apple Safari yadayadayada
(some mobile browsers like mini-Opera for android need further testing btw)
