I remember that I used to admire him. That was before I could actually vote though.

Let's hope that this "endorsement" was just words of praise on KF's behalf simply because he was answering a question directed to him about Perry.

IDK if it's an official endorsement or not like the Texas Tribune is reporting, but I sure hope it's not.

I can't believe that the candidate who ran against Rick Perry for governor is now endorsing him!!! What is this the Twilight Zone? RP fits Kinky better than Perry.

That particular election (2004) there was a second independent who ran--Carl Keeton Strayhorn. She was the TX Comptroller and constantly butted heads with Perry over the budget.
