Pretty high. Some more than others but we all do it. It is a pretty natural human response. There is quite a chance it could be planted but pretty near 100% chance that if certain radicals got access to a weapon like this they wouldn't hasitate to use it on a large city. Unfortunately there are people in the world that have convinced themselves the lose of innocents is acceptable for their noble cause, no mater what side they take.
