Why US support for Israel has collapsed dramatically in years post 9/11?

People who pick and choose which parts of the Bible to believe are dishonest, yes.

Only those who believe that the Bible is the Revealed Word of God Protected Through Multiple Translation by Divine Intervention. For someone who believes in Free Will, I personally think that would be intellectually dishonest.

I pick and choose what part of your posts I believe and what parts I don't.

I can give a shit about Israel. What perplexes me however are these Neocons and fanatics who strongly support Israel, and are willing to send billions in tax dollars over there to give them socialized medicine, and a strong military. However these same people are not willing to remove that and give it to people here in the states.

I am not a proponent of socialized healthcare, but this is exactly what anyone who supports Israel with tax dollars is doing! Just not for us! What hypocrites! Id much rather give it to people here, than to people over there. It makes no fucking sense. The more people I see supporting this, the more I just want to blow my brains out.

So which parts of the Bible did you pick and choose to believe in? Do you think that God commanding His chosen people to commit genocide and murder all the Amalekites is fake? Do you think that the virgin birth and the resurrection of Jesus are fake? Which parts do you consider to be real, and what criteria do you use to decide what's real/fake?

I haven't logged in for a week. Shit happens.

I've said my piece on this. There are a lot of things I'll debate, my religion isn't one of them.

You were not the only one participating in this thread. And "Christianity" is not your religion, unless you choose to hold your own particular set of beliefs, which I believe a Christian must, due to the many contradictions in the Bible. Such as "Thou shalt not murder", compared to kill every man woman and child.

Fair enough. I thought you were calling me out. My mistake.

I disagree that it's a contradiction but let's agree to disagree on that.
