Actually, Trygve is a Scandinavian name. Tyrgve Lie was the first Security General of the UN.
... Anyway, I'm not really sure either, but it says he worked on Rand's campaign and that obviously was a winning one, so whatever the Ron Paul campaign needs to do to win hearts and minds, I'm all for it!
