What's Going on at the Bundy Ranch?

The Bundy ranch situation has been going on since 1993 when Bundy refused to pay grazing fees to an agency controlled under UNESCO, created by EO12906 (see sec.3, sub-sec.(e) ) and finalized by E0 12986... both signed by potato-nose Willy [Bill Clinton] in 1994 and 1996... a defacto world tax through a defacto Treaty, never ratified by Congress.

Executive Order 12986 of January 18, 1996
International Union for Conservation of Nature and Natural Resources
By virtue of the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution
and the laws of the United States, including sections 1 and 14 of the
International Organizations Immunities Act (22 U.S.C. 288 et seq., as
amended by section 426 of the Foreign Relations Authorization Act,
Fiscal Years 1994 and 1995, Public Law 103-236), I hereby extend to the
International Union for Conservation of Nature and Natural Resources the
privileges and immunities that provide or pertain to immunity from suit.
To this effect, the following sections of the International
Organizations Immunities Act shall not apply to the International Union
for Conservation of Nature and Natural Resources:

--Section 2(b), 22 U.S.C. 288a(b), that provides international
organizations and their property and assets with the same immunity from
suit and judicial process as is enjoyed by foreign governments.
--Section 2(c), 22 U.S.C. 288a(c), that provides that the property and
assets of international organizations shall be immune from search and
confiscation and that their archives shall be inviolable.
--Section 7(b), 22 U.S.C. 288d(b), that provides the representatives
of foreign governments in or to international organizations and the
officers and employees of such organizations with immunity from suit and
legal process relating to acts performed by them in their official
capacity and falling within their functions.

This designation is not intended to abridge in any respect privileges,
exemptions, or immunities that the International Union for Conservation
of Nature and Natural Resources may have acquired or may acquire by
international agreements or by congressional action.
WILLIAM J. CLINTON
THE WHITE HOUSE,
January 18, 1996.

Look, Payne could have made it real easy... just answer a few simple questions to those in the know... and he would not answer. Why? And maybe someone can answer this... how hard would it be for a government infiltrator to get a phony background with all the needed paperwork?

Apparently Payne is trusted by Mr.Bundy,, and by others there.. By the Militia that he is working with. Those are the people that matter,, not some internet blogger.

He may not see a need to answer questions of random strangers. And I am rather curious as to why Mike V. started this attack on a guy that stood up and actually did something.. rather than just talking about it.

Seems that Vanderboegh questions Ryan Payne as well as Rhodes. I have a feeling blackshirt is going to get a major vetting.

Yeah,, He started that crap with a post on his site. I have no idea why..

edit: correction

Wrong. Denying we are a militia and being unfriendly are two different things. If we are so unfriendly why would we send out food and equipment to the Bundy ranch?

Wrong again Pete. I know Charles and I was there when Charles and Stewart agreed that OK would publicly stay out of his personal issues with his court case. In fact, it was Charles suggestion.

Wrong, or I should say you are half wrong here. Stewart WAS there on the 12th, which was the day of the confrontation. How do I know? Because I was there.

Correct (finally ya got one right)

Wrong. You don't consider providing food, water, and equipment (such as FLIR, Communication equipment, motion detectors) as supplying security? Or do you mean no members from OK did not work on security detail? Either way you are wrong on both accounts.

True. We just added to the resources.

Wrong. Take over what? The militia - no. The Bundys - no The supporters - no. What are you talking about and where or what is your source? And please don't tell me Ryan Payne.

Sounds like just the thing our government would do... send in infiltrators early, gain trust, sabotage those trying to do good (OK).

You think 20 guys in a circle jerk are all the militia? Sounds like you don't know what you are talking about. Have you been out there?

Ok Pete, now it looks like you are just making shit up. Got any proof of that?

They were welcome to stay AFTER Payne suggested Stewart be shot in the back. Most hospitable don't ya think?

Wrong. Stewart WAS in charge of giving the supplies we brought to the militia, the Bundys and the supporters. Stewart never claimed he was in charge of the militia or anything else out there other than his organization.

OK never claimed it was THEIR event. And what do you mean by latecomers? There were several OKers there very early on. My first day out there was on the 10th. Stewart was there on the 12th (which was the day of the confrontation).

Pete, it is obvious you don't trust Stewart. You think he threw Charles (july4patriot) under the bus and you have had a chip on you shoulder ever since. It looks to me like you have Militia worship. Is this why you trust this Payne dude over Stewart? Stewart and OK have a proven track record of standing up for the constitution. And no, I don't worship Stewart. As I have stated, he has made mistakes but any mistake made was a decision made with the best of intentions. However, I do trust Stewart Rhodes... just like many here at RPF.

Thank you for posting, most of us on RPF are armchair commandos, I'm glad to hear from someone who was actually there.

That has always been the military response to desertion in the face of the enemy.
I was told as much but a Platoon Sgt when I was active duty long ago.

But I believe that it was just rhetoric ,, and anger at what was perceived as Cowardice.

They cut and Ran. and that meeting was of various Militia leadership present.

The "Black shirt guy" as some call him is Ryan Payne,, one or the leaders of Operation Mutual Aid,, which organized this defense of the Bundy Ranch in the fiirst place. He is Bundy's personal Bodyguard and chosen Militia Liaison .

The coalition leadership votes on operational decisions. And folks there were upset and disgusted by what the OK Leadership did.

Not with Oath Keepers in general.. Several of whom stayed. And several were there at the first call.
A lot of Militia consider themselves oath keepers whether they belong to an organization or not.
Many do not like or trust the Organization..

That was a meeting,, and a vote, to respond to what was considered desertion. A
And from another report,, it had been resolved.
Though form what I am seeing from the OK leadership,, I'm not so sure.

How long does OathKeepers need to stay, before they can leave without it being called "desertion"?

I had the impression that Dutchman6 was M. Vanderboegh. From this post...

On my last day, the moke tried provoking me and I finally blew him off with the comment, "Well, like Grandpa Vanderboegh said, 'Don't try to to teach your Grandma how to suck eggs."

I'm on the way home.

Vanderboeghplayswithtoys.bmp

The twin gifts of a faithful reader, Vanderboegh plays with the Don't Tread on Me chase car and the weeniewagon in the NRA Press Room. You should have seen the looks I got.

Be there late this evening. The NRA convention was full of pleasant surprises, especially all the the Threepers and supporters who sought me out. Will have a complete report -- probably tomorrow.

I sincerely hope all this doesn't have a negative effect on the Bundy family....

It has, it has convinced me that going to Nevada would be dumb. I don't want to be ordered around by that angry looneytoon, and called a traitor when I go home.

From a post on Sipsy Street....

gamegetter II said...
Not sure if anyone found this guy's info from the link above-if not here's his experience, according to Mr. Payne...

I enlisted in the US Army at the age of 17, and served in F-Co, 51st Infantry, the 18th Airborne Corps Long Range Surveillance Company, a Ranger unit developed during Vietnam as Long Range Patrol, used for missions deep inside enemy controlled territory. I was discharged as a Sergeant/E5, Assistant Team Leader of a LRS Team in 2006. I was involved in the initial invasion of Iraq, OIF I, and returned at the end of 2004 for OIF III.

Sure glad we aren't counting on repelling a foreign invasion with the above demonstrated CNC and unit cohesion.

No joke, this shows that nothing has changed since the 90's. The Patriot Movement is still full of morons and infighting.

The angry loonytoons are destroying the good thing of making the BLM back down. They all should have left shortly after that. People staying now are just wanting to play war. The BLM will just wait it out until the money runs out or they have to go in as peacekeepers when the militia and OK's get into a shootout at OK corral. It will make a great story for a movie at the expense of the very important issues brought up by this event.

The BLM won't have to lift a finger, these people look like they are going to kill themselves. What a freaking embarrassing joke. This is going to end really pathetically or really bad if they don't get their act together.

Give us enough rope and we hang ourselves, or at least call each other traitors.

.
He may be. But he did not get to the Ranch till the end of the confrontation.
He was not there organizing the ranch defense,, Ryan Payne was.

And the Oath Keepers did not get the Militia there. They did not organize the defense,, the Rifles that surrounded and backed down the BLM.

That was the Militia. The Oath Keepers (Leadership/Organization) showed after the fact,,as volunteers and pushed themselves into,, and the militia out of the spotlight.

The day was a victory for the Militia as well as the Bundys..

And for all the unfounded talk of them being "hotheads" not a shot was fired.

I was listening to the Highway Patrol dispatch all day (Open public channel) They had "confirmed intel" of 200 scoped rifles (the ones they knew of) and more long guns in the crowd. (the guy on the overpass,, he was not the only one)

Those guys are still providing security for the Ranch.
This was not at any time an Oath Keepers run event.. They were welcome, but it was not their show.

If you want to look for a problem,, look closely at "Jerry".

I don't dispute any of what you have written. Payne was indeed on site early off and acting as militia liaison. I have no idea how Jerry came to be recognized as a leader after coming in so late.

Or for that matter how the Oath Keepers were considered as running the security for the ranch.

They were not,, despite their claims. The Militias were running security.. And the Oath Keepers were welcome to help.. but at no time have they been in charge of it.

Where did they claim that?

Sooo, what do the Bundy's say about all this ? I'd like to know.

Not much. But they did put the Operation Mutual Aid mission Statement on their blog.

http://bundyranch.blogspot.com/2014/04/mission-statement.html

And Ryan Payne is the Organizer of OMA.

And they did post this after the Nonexistent Drone strike,

GOOD MORNING!

Just wanted to let you all know we are safe and alive. No drone strikes yet
We appreciate all your prayers and support! This is not over. We have won one battle but we still have many more to fight.

We still need numbers, we still need your support and we still need your prayers!!!

I would like to remind you that this is NOT just about Cliven and cows this is about WE THE PEOPLE! This is about OUR Constitutional Rights, OUR State Sovereignty, OUR Freedom, and about the Government OVER stepping their bounds, and controlling EVERYONE and EVERYTHING.

I have had a lot of people still asking where they can donate money for legal fees, repairing our range improvements, or to feed the protesters and militia. There is a donate button on the bottom of the page.

THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH FOR YOUR SUPPORT!
-LOVE, The Bundys
