To be clear, are you saying that tariffs and trade bans are always imposed by force and inherently Anti-liberty? Or is there some condition or quality of this country that makes it so?

You're saying two conflicting things. On the one hand, you're saying that you've never said that people don't have the right to form voluntary associations that resemble nations. On the other hand, you seem to be saying, that tariffs are automatically a violation of the NAP no matter what. The two things cannot both be true. Either people have the right to form voluntary nations, that may have tariffs, or tariffs are automatically a violation of the NAP and people don't have the right to voluntarily form a nation that has tariffs. So.... which is it?
