Especially read in context* the three points are "written in stone".
Again, "written in stone" does not mean "and no additional information can be added". "Thou shalt not kill" was, according to some, written into one of two stone tablets. Yet exceptions were provided separately and at a later time for situations where it might be okay to kill.
Would all of this back-and-forth have been avoided if instead of "written in stone" the word "fact" had been used?
*"I can say with absolute certainty three things:"
you have alink that show spin=lies and deceit i looked up the word and see nothing in the dictionary that says spin=lies and deceit!! link please?
only thing i could find was this informal " the practice of presenting news or information in a way that creates a favourable impression" ,which does not=lies and deceit!!
Hi speciallyblend,
This deserves a response, please don't expect I'm available to answer all of youe questions.
FYI: Spin has a lot of various meanings / ~1/2 way down the page:
- spin - make up a story; "spin a yarn"
cook up, fabricate, invent, manufacture, make up - make up something artificial or untrue.
So the real meaning (in this context) = untrue & I used the words "lies and deceit"
*untrue = "lies and deceit" | Close enough to not retract my statement, OK?**
**People who "spin a little" usually are not wanting to be called liars.
Perhaps I was too harsh.
Josh clearly used the word "spin" while also mentioning issues of trust.
I was the one who used the words "lies and deceit".
Hey, there was great news, Nate.
- HQ is buying buses, that was confirmed!
bottom line nothing the op said in general is written in stone!! if so please give me...
You said you are at work, correct?
You are getting paid to ask the question, and I am not getting paid to answer.![]()
I must say, this has been very entertaining to read over the last couple days. You just never know what's going to happen next! They could make a TV drama series out of this!
Really though, I hope this gets settled soon and we can officially start to work toward something positive!
Tomorrow, on an all new "He said, she said, then he said something else"...
...i said i was wrong on the definition...
To be confirmed either by the campaign in a press release, or through the grapevine by a trusted source. I trust Josh, but am not sure if he wrote his post as a confirmation of the rumor/news.HQ is buying buses!

Good work Craig! Thanks for the report.
Some media from announcing HQ in Ankeny, Iowa
http://www.ronpaulforums.com/showthread.php?291376-Ron-Paul-First-to-Open-Campaign-HQ-in-Ankeny-Iowa
What can we do if we can't go to Iowa?
Shoot for August 1stI can come down and help for about a week, what date would you recommend I plan for?
I'm planning to come. I had to talk to two professors about when their last finals will be -- my university's summer term is split into two halves, and I'm only in the first half now, so I haven't started my Summer B classes and therefore don't have syllabuses or final test dates. I found out that one of my summer B classes will end July 28, and I'm not sure about the other one yet, but I'm hoping it'll be no later than Aug 2 or so. For sure I will be leaving on or before Aug 5, but I'm really hoping to go as early as I can. As soon as I find out that test date, I'll be getting tickets.
Thanks for the OP update. I'm very glad to know that RP and the official campaign plans to strive for 1st place and fight to win.
The dialog here has blown this issue way out of proportion. What a mess.
"I'm sorry, there's another man in my life and his name is Steve."Tomorrow, on an all new "He said, she said, then he said something else"...
Just to clarify, no one is discouraging RonPaulNation and teacherone from continuing their work on the bus ride website, which will be needed regardless of who actually forms the PAC. Correct?
