Tucker Carlson on Marijuana

Brian, no matter how you feel or what you think about it, it's a damn plant and people have the right to do with their bodies as they please, dontcha think? IMHO, the cult of marijuana is crazy (and I've smoked a lot of it). It's like snake oil that cures everything for the devotee. Some people love it and it's ridiculous for it to be illegal. It's not some nasty, artificial chemical concoction like meth. It's catnip for people, lol.

Of course, people have that right. Have I ever said anything to the contrary?

On the other hand, do parents have the right to tell their kids not to use drugs, and to punish them if they do? Do people have the right to tell other people their opinion about things?

Why would parents do that unless they had been inspired so..??

And why would parents deny a healthy and beneficial food?
unless they had been falsely taught is was harmful.

For years people thought the Tomato (Poison Apple) was deadly.

yes,, Brian, people have the right to be as abjectly stupid as they wish.

I used to think I wanted pot to be legal. I don't know which is worse government or cartels being in control of it. It is not legal in my state so I guess the cartel have more control in my state over it than the government. I suppose our legislators are making good money off the cartel by keeping it illegal here.

At any rate I don't care if Carson is against it or not. He has a right to kiss the cartels ass if he wants to.

Agreed, all the way around.

If the Government makes everything illegal, it can regulate
everything and tax everything.

I’m not sure anyone knows what is in pot bought on the street. Legalization might be one more ploy so government can regulate and put whatever specs on it they want.

Pot,,occasionally a little dirt.

Depends on how close to the farm it is.

Used to transport Pounds around the country.. It was Pot when I got it and it was pot when I delivered it..

They found humans feces in it in Spain recently.

Tucker is the most important right-wing voice in the country right now. The redefinition of the right starts with him. But he's not a libertarian. Libertarians gave up their ability to lead the emerging "new right" when they decided they liked abstract theories and infighting more than realism and study of power.

It's nobody's fault but the cosmotarian think tanks and autistic pedants who put their vaunted theory over all other considerations.

You are right, Tucker is the most important voice.

Lew Rockwell LOVES Tucker.

I personally like smoking at night to make me sleep, I have indica and some medical weed that is not as much "indica" as the other strain(probably gonna try this one tonight) and each time I wake up in the morning(sleep near 10pm,wake up 7am) I feel so sleepy and like I don't wanna get up and take a shower, eat, etc. It's something like hangover (I read about it here). I guess I should smoke a little earlier in the night.

Tucker Carlson is just beholden to the power structure he works for. That same power structure doesn't want people to be in control over their own happiness, and they want people to be more productive.

It is good medicine if used in a good way. It can be harmful to some, just like caffeine can to people who are super sensitive to it. Everything in moderation. The one drawback which could be a blessing to some is it does seem to take away your ability to either dream or remember your dreams I am not sure which one it is.

If the kid is still living at home, under parent's roof, then yes, the kid follows parent's rules. Especially if parents are footing all the bills.

Kid moves out, gets his own place, pays his own bills... Then he gets to live by his own rules.
